Sadly, Bush's reputation abroad has sunk to the level of bin Laden's.
But Bush and his cronies don't care: they've emptied the Treasury, given the money to themselves as tax cuts, and indebted future generations of Americans to the Chinese for their own fun and profit.
America is run by a New Aristocracy -- an oligarchy of the super-rich. And politics has become an argument over the irrelevant: abortion, gay marriage, school prayer, guns, 10 commandments. The real issues go unaddressed.

It's very clear that the republican strategy for the congressional elections is to play the terror card for all it's worth. However, Bush does sincerely believe in the things he's saying, and he feels it's very important to get the message out.
I can't stand Bush. Together with the religious right, he has destroyed the republican party I used to like, and he's busy destroying the nation that I still love. However, even I am not cynical enough to believe that the only reason he's talking about terrorism is in order to win elections. I'm definitely not cynical enough to believe that he has Zawahiri in his back pocket.

All the time. This is Bush's last term in office anyway so it doesn't matter if he's lying or not to get reelected. All politicians lie in some point to get elected. Some come close to doing the job and some just messes everthing up.If you remember how they switch their search for Bin-Laden and focused on finding and capturing Hussein. If Ben-laden was responsible for 9/11, why not concentrate on him. They both are evil men but stop lying about why you have your/our people over there fighting a clueless war.

Fool people - yes, win elections - no. Cause the democrats say pretty much exactly the same as the republicans do, besides most people vote for who they've voted for all their lives not on the policies of each party, however similar they are.

No other way to say it...
You kids need to get your head out of your a$$eS.
Thank GOD most of you are young enough that you don't have an actual say in what happens in regards to our country. No reasonable adult would make the claims that you do or behave like total imbeciles.

Yeah, I think it's a huge coincidence. I swear that Bush thinks all Americans are a bunch of idiots. I can't believe there's still people out there that believe anything that comes out of this guy's mouth.
