My employer has annouced tomorrow as 'red, white, and blue' day (voluntary). I know 9/11 was sad and all, but I really don't want to dwell on it. Is anyone else getting weary of the endless patriotism around 9/11?

It is my case where I had appealed for partision in the lower civil court in 1993. The case is fanialized in 1999 & the judgement is given in my fevour.But lateron the opponent are continuously going to the same court, session court or high court. The case has been arreared 2 times in lower court & 2 times in session court. & now it is applead in high court,yet not admitted but given the stay for temporary basis even aften the cavet was on. IS there no any restriction whereas the all judgement is same (Keeping the lower courts judgement final but no execution till date of partition. IS there no punishment for appearing so many times in court?

If someone is in the USA on a 10 year tourist visa and they wish to remain and become a citizen, what's next? An immigration lawyer has advised, "Get a job and then your employer will go to bat for you to get a work visa," but it is not legal to hire someone on a tourist visa. Any legitimate suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I am asking this question for a European man who has an advanced degree in engineering and not someone who plans to work just long enough to get on welfare when he quits his job.

Will the everyday American people treat the Iraqi veterans the way the Vietnam veterans were treated back in the 60s and 70s? (Note: At the court house in Mt Clemens a 59 year old woman held a sign stating "We support the troops". I happen to know she stood in the same spot 36 years ago holding a sign stating " Down with the baby killers". So why the change of heart?)

Since this happened only a month into Clinton's first term in office, it could be said that G.W. Bush was too preoccupied with his re-election at a time that he should have been on top of this terrorist plot. As former Director of the CIA, one would have expected more from him. That kind of movie would have to be 6 hours long. The first hour would be about Prescott Bush's connections to the Nazi's. The second hour would be about Reagan and Bush arming, training, financing Bin Laden and his boy's in the 80's. Then they'll switch it over to Bush and Reagan arming Saddam. Then the next scene will be how they armed the Taliban. Then they can close this phase of the movie by showing how Bush and Reagan wussed out and gave Iran weapons for hostages.
Then as the movie get's going they can show how the Saudi Royal family are best friends with the Bush's. The same Royal family with a history of supporting terrorism. Then they could show the investments in the Carlyle group the Bush's made with the Bin Ladens. Then near the end they can show Bush trying to hand over our port security to country's linked to terrorism.
And at the end you'll see the words EVER GET THE FEELING THE BIGGEST THREAT TO AMERICA ISN'T AL-QAEDA, BUT THE BUSH'S.

My 22 Yr Old Boyfriend Has No Social Security, Never has even been issued one even at birth. this is Not his fault its his parents they were going through seperation at the time and i guess forgot about his social security? by the time he was old enough to relize i don't have a s.s. he was 17 18 years old. he can not get a job or a drivers licensed until he gets his s.s. since they will not issue an I.D. Drivers or give a job to someone without a (s.s.)
he also has never went to school, just learned from his aunt did a home schooling, she was a teacher in the 70-80's...sorry so long of a story, point is he asked me to marry him, he is a wonderful smart guy who cannot work or drive because of this problem , he went to s.s. offices a few times who just deny him! how can i help him or he help himself to get his s.s. (born and raised in CALIFORNIA)
