A munter is about to start work next to me in the office.......is there anything I can legally do about it?

I assume you mean someone ugly, how do you know they may feel the same about you, that they are starting work with a childish and immature munter.

You obviously have some issues, not everyone is blessed with natural beauty and you cannot pick and chose the people who work in the same office as yourself, maybe if you could many of your collegues wouldn't want to work with you..............

No you cannot legislate the good looks (or otherwise) of your co-workers. However if you call your colleague this to her face, she will have plenty of legal ways to obtain redress.
