I love how the world is so quick to make comments about Israel, how bad they are with this, how bad they are with that...

But, this is the best part, as soon as someone attacks the rest of the world, it is ok for the rest of the world to fight back?

Basically as soon as something bad happens to any other country it's ok, but if it involves Israel then it is straight away Israel's fault??

I don't see Israel purposely blowing up innocent people, e.g suicide bombers... I don't see Israel kidnapping innocent people? I can go on forever...

what I do see, is a country defending itself... if it is ok for the rest of the world, why is it not ok for Israel?

How and why are illegals getting free healthcare and social services? Why are they allowed Section 8 housing? How much does it cost America annually to produce bilingual documents and signage, as well as provide interpreters? As taxpayers, it all comes out of OUR pocket, yet we have virtually no say concerning this giveaway bonanza benefitting people who mock us, our values, and our laws.

OK I want to join up after Uni (another year to go), either in the Army as infantry or in the marines (both as an officer).

I have two questions, if you could help I'd be grateful...

1. How fit should I be? I want to work towards a target before joining. Eg, number of push ups, sit ups, running distances etc etc would be ideal.

2. Can I walk in to a recruitment office and say, 'what job would I fit in to best?', rather than them asking me? I am unsure what role I am best suited to, but I'm worried this might come across as me simply not caring what I do (which isn't true).

Thanks!

America the ultimate superpower, but also the worlds troublemakers. Terror has been funded by the US and its industries for many many years. For example:
IRA: Irish militants where actively funded by Americans and could LEGALLY fundraise on american soil. They then used this money to fund murders and terrorist attacks on Irish and English soil.
Taliban: Old story, but funded by the Americans to fight the Communist forces, given arms and tought guerilla and terrorist warefare.
Israel: Created following the 2nd world war, in the middle of another country, British are just as much to blame on this one. Have since been funded to brutally supress the local population, who are a little peeved at their placement. When the palestinians then fought back, Israel made themselves matyrs and got more funding from the Americans and still do. Then as recent as this month Israel invade a foreign teritory and terrorise the inhabitants, cutting off power and water etc.
Im English and White FYI.

My theory is that the 2:00 am cutoff in California seriously contributes to DUI's. People at bars feel pressured to drink more in a short period becuase of the deadline. Then they are literally thrown into the street with no where to go to except their cars. Have you ever noticed that when you're in Las Vegas and planning to get drunk you never really do because they serve it all the time and you wind up drinking less because psychologically you feel like you have more time? I bet that if someone did a study of drunk driving in Nevada they would find the incidence it is less and directly correlates to the fact that they don't shut you down at 2:00 am. This 2:00 am law needs to be addressed because it was started by prudes in California a long time ago and it is no longer and probably never was valid.

Was it because Bush thought that there were WMDs or was it to get revenge for his father, because Bush did mention that "that man tried to kill my father" Was it to spread peace and democracy which he didnt mention when we invaded Iraq but was an after thought we no WMDs were found. Why do some people think it was to fight terrorism, when there were no terroists there prior to the invasion.

Also, when India fired theirs (it was a failure BTW) the media said it had the potential to hit Beijing. There was no mention of the Eastern European or Middle Eastern cities it could also potentially hit. To me it seems like a clear example of double standards. Your thoughts?
