The end to Racism was predicted by Dr. Martin Luther King who saw a day when people would “not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.”

That means we will be color blind with no quotas or affirmative action. So far as I can see the quotas are gone when will the affirmative action disappear?

There can be an end to all racism, but will there be is the question? I don' think there will be an end to racism because people pass down hatred from one generation to the next and the cycle of racism is still there.

I don't think there can be a complete end. There is no such thing as a human utopia since there will always be human nature when you're dealing with humans.

Of course not. The uneducated and spiteful will always blame someone else for their problems, and often enough, they will attack the superficial characteristics of those who are different.
