Read the stipulations first before you sign the agreement to change the discrepancies not favorable to you.

If you are prepared to pay in advance for the whole shipment and trust the manufacturer to deliver the goods then you wont need anything. but be prepared to lose all your money. clothing manufacturers work on very low margins so they usually want cash upfront. Regardless of wether you pay the cloth and labour cost them money, so they wont do the job unless you show them the money. this is why it is safer to go through a wholesaler and just sell existing designs
