YES!!! But they won't, because the Americans are Israeli allies. (THEY CREATED the state of ISRAEL in 1948). And war-mongering, bigoted, intolerant, economically-driven Americans have their puppets in almost ALL organisations.....so WHO will impose the sanctions?

Make you think, doesn't it...?

The state of Israel was legally created out of the dismemberment of the Ottoman Empire at the end of World War I. The area was desolate, desert and swamp, with some small towns and a few inhabitants, many of them nomads. The inhabitants considered themselves mostly Syrian. The Balfour Declaration issued by the British, who were given the mandate over the area by the League of Nations. Jews have lived in the country since Biblical times. The Arabs from the surrounding areas were lured to "Palestine" by the industry and prosperity that the Jews brought to the region. Envy, hatred and religious fanaticism turned the Arabs against the Jews. In 1947, under pressure, the British resigned their mandate. The same year, the United Nations mandated partioning of the territory. The Jews, though disappointed, accepted the partition. The Arabs rejected it and launched war against Israel. The armies of five Arab countries invaded. Following the exhortations of the invaders, the Arab residents got out of the way hoping to return after victory was attained. They could then reclaim their property and that of the Jews, all of whom would have been killed or would have fled. Israel won. That and that alone is the source of the Palastinian "refugees". Had the Arabs accepted the UN partition plan, there would now have been a state of "Palestine" for the last 58 years. The might have attained a similar level of prosperity, advancement and development as Israel. 50% of Israel's population now includes refugees from Morocco, Algeria, Iraq and Yemen. All were accepted by Israel with open arms and have become successful members of their society. The Palestinians refused to integrate these refugees into their population and instead confined them to "refugee camps". The ones there are now fourth generation and through no fault of Israel.

Imposed by whom? The US will veto any sanctions or resolutions imposed on Israel, besides the Zionist lobby controlling the US would never ever allow it to happen.

The Middle East to the rest of the world are just barbaric terrorists who have no rights whatsoever in the eyes of the international community. Such a pity.

No! For trying to get soldiers kidnapped by Islamic people whose government skirts come out to hide them every time they try to kill or hurt Israel?

I cheered when Israel gained the backbone to tell the U.S. "No, we won't back down this time!" They will attack until they get the soldiers back, and this time it will cost the Islamic Fundamentalists that think they commit such crimes with impunity that they really can't.

Can you imagine the stupidity to steal soldiers and then INSIST that Israel barter for what is theirs to begin with? WHILE Israel has been making concession after concession? Boy, did that turn THAT around.

Let them die. We're tired of the nonsense these other countries have been pulling. They commited an act of war against Israel and you want to sanction Israel? You side with the terrorists?

We see that. Which side are you on? Right now it seems the terrorist side.

Why? Because they are protecting their borders, citizens, and soldiers?

Israel has showed incredible restraint when dealing with the palestinians. Israel has and has had for some time enough fire power to blow the palestinians off the map, but they haven't done it. But you can't expect them to roll over & take abuse forever without fighting back.

I think if we leave them alone & let them take care of the Palestinians, things will become much more quiet in the Middle East.

Sanction is not solution. Only USA is in a position to do something. Otherwise war of revenge and counter revenge will continue. All groups must realized that circumstances have now completely changed. Now economic prosperity is top agenda in the world.
