I live outside of Austin, Texas and have a very aggressive snake that's been hanging out on my property. His pattern in pretty generic for most snakes around here but when he sees me, he raises his head up over a foot off the ground and flattens out his neck skin (kinda makes him look like a cobra) and is very aggressive hissing and lunging. He's about five feet long. I don't like to kill non-poisonous snakes but this guy is so aggressive, I'm getting kinda worried for kids/pets. Any ideas as to what he could be so I can ID him for sure.

I read that hermit crabs hate pine wood and that one should not buy half logs made of pinewood.

It just laid eggs yesterday and it keeps eating them up!
What should I do to incubate the remaining eggs and is there a chance of them hatching?

My pet snake is losing his scales and a pink rash is on him. What do I do? Is he gonna be ok? He rolled around in antifreeze. Does this affect snakes? He is an albino cobra.

She can move her back legs but there isn't much strength to them. I can't tell if she's eating correctly or not. I've given her romaine lettuce and calcium powder. She has a hot rock and a uvb light. She seems alert, but if she falls over she sometimes can't get up. Can I bring her back to health?

I just got 2 turtles they are about 2 in. in legnth and I think their snapping turtles because sometimes they snap at me and each other. Heres what I need help with. I don't know how to take care of them (I just have a tank a rock in the tank and a lot of turtle food.) So what do I do when they get bigger, if I can put their tank outside in the daytime, E. Coli, and if they should be together.
