Either large cat fish or occasionally sucker fish depending on the size of your turtle. Any fish bigger than them are usually ok but anything smaller is fish bait. RES will eat anything smaller then they are.

Since turtles naturally eat fish, or harass those they cannot eat, you need to go to with fish that are fast, short-finned, big, armored, or otherwise protected from the turtles.

In general, this means armored cats, Chinese algae eaters, etc.
