I have two baby map turltes, had them for about 7 weeks. How do you tell if you have male or female?

I bought a florida baby turlte at the weekend and put him in with the map turltes and he was fine up till yesterday and he died last night. Any ideas why? The water they are in is fine as we have tested it and was advised by the aquarium that to out the 3 turtles together was fine!

Do you know of any websites i can go to for more info?

Thanks

I've had him since he was a baby, and all I ever fed him is crickets.
All of a sudden he just stop eating them.
I tried mealworms, food pellets and even vegetables.
As far as I know the temperature is OK...same as always.

I'll be getting two white's tree frogs, they will be house in an 18x18x24 exo terra vivarium.
I will be putting clay pellets down and then live moss.
I was thinkng about setting up one of tyhose little dippers above the water bowl, so it hits some leaves for the frog to drink ,and keep the humidity up, would that be good.
Or would getting a waterfall from exo terra be better?
Also does my setup sound good?

Hi, I wanted to know what kind of Chameleon are the horned ones, can you buy them at pet stores? Are they safe to keep as pets, what is the best breed of a Chameleon to have? I also dont plan to spend large amounts of money, so if its alot then just forget it, but I would like to know anyways.

Okay, I am a new owner of a baby bearded dragon. I have the cage all set up like I have read about on the net with the temps uv light and the heat lamp. I was wondering at night, do I turn on the 75 w night glo exo terra (shines dim purple) light, or is that not needed. On one website I read that it is not needed and that it will actully keep the bearded dragon up at night. Also last night which was his 1st night home, as soon as I shut the light off, he crawled down and went to sleep in a corner... tonight, at the same time, I shut the lights off and he is still sitting at the top on his branch...like he is basking. Will he come down to go to sleep, or should I turn the lights back on and wait a while untill he gets sleepy? Also yesterday, being his 1st day home, he ate 5 crickets, and today, he wouldnt eat any.... do you think I should try 1st thing in the morning? Thanks for any advise.

For some reason I feel a little stupid and gross for asking this: but exactly how do snakes use the bathroom? I've wondered this ever since I was little and watched Nature specials on T.V.

They are getting bigger now and i was wondering if i should continue to house them together in a 15-20 gallon terrerium. Will they mate? i dont want babies!!! They dont pay much attention to eachother so do you think i should just buy another 10 gallon tank and sepparate them since i dont wat babies? help me!

My mom got me these two red eared slider turtles when they were babies 2 years ago. Recently (like an hour ago) the female has been running around the tank pushing stuff around and digging. Is it possible for her to be pregnant after only 2 years?

my greek tortoise is growing, I have noticed a new ring on her scutes, and they are soft, but the rest of her shell is still hard, my question is, if being soft for now is normal and will they hard with time,or should they be hard as the rest of the others scutes.
