why does my hamster spit out her food when im holding her? i mean i'll just be holding her and all ofa sudden, she starts spitting out her food.

I cannot understand so many of the people here asking incredibly asinine questions about their sick pets. I was violated (I WAS rude and angry, I admit, and deserved the violation, BTW) recently because I told someone they were too stupid to deserve the love of an animal. If an animal is sick, laying in it's vomit for a day or so, and in pain, I feel it is criminal to not take that animal to the vet. Do other people feel the same about this?
It really frosts me to see sweety answers that allow the poor animal to suffer for days before seeking medical care.

i was watching a report on 20/20 where people can give their pets to someone to babysit their dogs and cats while they go to work. the place has video cameras for the pets owners so they can check up on how their pets are doing while they are at work. why did they make this just for pets and never thought of doing it for their children? people trust stangers with their children but not with their pets!
also, i notice how petowners who are also parents hug, kiss, feed, and treat their pets, but when it comes to their children they give them the least bit of attention? children are our future not to mention your flesh and blood. they have feelings and can make you more proud than a dog or cat, etc etc.

i really like minnie mouse. i have liked minnie mouse since i was two. whenever i lost her, i cried for a long time. i sleep with her every night and i just bought another one because i lost my other one. i bought at least 15 minnie's because i keep loosing them. i am in love with minnie. i hold her all day long. is that okay if i like minnie mouse?

I don't know if it is my new rabbit or my rats- or if I even have ringworm. But that's kinda what it looks like. I got ringworm years ago from these baby rats I had and then they died. I don't know if that's what killed them but I don't wan't any of my pets to die. I love my animals and want to take good care of them. Please help me. What can I do?

She never stays in her cage. And last night when I let her brothers out, I noticed that she never came out of her hidding spot. So I got one of her toys and startted squeaking it. I looked EVERYWERE in the apartment and have even looked out side, (although I don't know how she would get out there).

It's been almost 24 hours now and I'm still looking and hopping. My question is has this ever happen to anyone else and did your baby come back?? Is there anything else I can do to find her?? I miss my little girl, and she such a sweet heart and such a figgity eatter, I really don't think she could make it on her own. Has anyone elses ferret ever gotten out and came back? I have her for almost a year, and I don't know what else to do. I'm putting up signs, is there anything else I can do??

sometimes if my horse is not happy with what she is doing, or if im talking to some1 while holding her, she will stand the literally making faces at me, like ears back and occationsally throwing her head. Is there a way to train her to stop this?

What's the best website where I can post my mare for sale and get the most local responses? She's an Egyptian Arabian, and there's not much of a market for that breed around Raleigh as far as I can tell and I REALLY need to sell her quickly b/c of financial reasons. We have a young horse that is only about a year. She is a small horse and we are having trouble finding a halter to fit her. She has grown out of her foal one so we got an all adjustable miniature horse halter. Now she has grown out of that. We have tried a yearling halter and it is way too big. Is there another size halter to try? I was thinking a small pony halter but is that going to be too big?
