i fed all my pitbulls iams then switched to pedigree, when on iams they loss weight. so a friend who breeds them told me to try pedigree i did. pedigree thickend his bones, and gave him alot of muscle tone with exercise.(on iams they constantly loss weight--ALL--of them.) can anyone tell me the cause of this....and is beniful a good dog food for pitbulls(like show/champion).

I'm trying to find a male carrot or tangerine leopard gecko. Don't say go to Pet Smart, Petco, or my local pet store they only carry females or not the type that I need. I have 2 females and are looking for a male to breed them with.

I am trying to decide wich animal to get when I move to a different town with my mother. It will be a hard move for me and i need an animail to keep me company. Im looking for an entergetic happy animal with lots of personality. Im leaning tword getting a ferret but i know they can be a lot of work and my mom has heard all the horror stories and is scared of them. I keep telling her..but you know moms :)) Im wondering if I should get a rabbit instead? I really love ferrets though. IF neither of those id get a puppy. Please help.

i had 2 hermit crabs they are large.i bought a jumbo and put him in the big tank,he was fighting one of the crabs so i gave that crab care and returned him to the cage andd left them hoping nothing happened,when i got back once again he had him upside down and one was chirping so i got them apart and isolated the jumbo.he is too big for the other ones shell and he never bothers the other one in the tank the sorta got aquainted and went onso really i need help because he is isolated adn i dont know what to do from there.please help!!!!!!!!!!1

I met a guy today who was returning a CUTE 4 month old puppy to the shelter. He said he got it for his 3 yr old son (who was with him) but didn't like that it wasn't trained. The dog got off the leash when they got to the shelter and ran into the street. She didn't get hit (thank goodness) but the guy didn't even try to catch her! He told those of us who were there that if we caught her we could keep her because she was a no good *$@*% dog and he was glad to be rid of her. If I was renting my own place instead of a room in a house, I would have taken her!

Why bother adopting a dog if you don't want it??? I was sad all day!

I have had her for 2 months now and the past few weeks she has just wanted to chew at her cage.. I have a running ball and some chewie goodies... she alslo has a ball she can run around in... is this a problem? Im afraid she is upset with her home.

I know you need permits and things, but I don't really know the specifics. Also, I'm not talking about something off of the black market or anything, I'm talking about one that needs to be rescued. For instance, where the bats are local, farmers that own plantations can sometimes harm them because they eat their crops. I realize some of the separate species are endangered, but I was just curious (here's a link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flying_fox ). My question can also apply to other animals too. I don't really want a lecture about how I shouldn't keep wild animals as pets because if it's injured to the point where it's quality of life is ruined, I'm not imprisoning it or keeping it from anything it would have in the wild besides death. I'm sorry if I'm coming off rude. Thanks for the help! XD

My retarded former roommate's retarded dog had a pissing problem and my retarded roommate had a problem about taking him out. The stupid rat mut would pee what looked like highlighter fluid out. To make things worse is when you got to catch him pee'n he'd run still pee'n. I can't afford to replace my carpet and I'm renewing the lease at the condo and he's gone now. Skipped town to run back home to mommy in MO leaving me with the mess to clean. Urine be gone or whatever its called from bed bath and beyond made things WORSE the stupid light picked up stains that i couldn't see so i sprayed them and now you can see the stain. Whats the best stuff? Resolve didn't touch the stain I had some luck with Pets an Kids stuff from K-Mart but its still not good. I heard that if you use a steam cleaner it can bake the stain in if it doesn't remove it and I don't want to risk testing the myth from facts on that one just yet.

My uncles horse teets drag down but there is know bag. MY horse's teets are waxy and she has two lines on the side of them. THere was a horse next door to were we were keeping them. TWo of my uncles horses got in there. My horse was in heat for one day then the next day she wasnet. why is my horses teets different from my uncles. IS she pregnant. Because the other three horses teets look differnt. since only two got in there and they may have goten pregnant but the horse that did not go in there and was not in heat looks the same. plus the horse that did not go in there is very old. My horse was in heat and almost breeded well we were there. But my uncle stoped it. We did not have a good fence at the time. Is it possible that only my horse got pregnant. Why are the teets different and only from my horse. PLEASE HELP

I think they should! peopoe hurt animals because they've been beaten or are just sick!They have a law on people abuse so there should be one on animal abuse!
