TWo of my uncles horses got in there. My horse was in heat for one day then the next day she wasnet. why is my horses teets different from my uncles. IS she pregnant. Because the other three horses teets look differnt. since only two got in there and they may have goten pregnant but the horse that did not go in there and was not in heat looks the same. plus the horse that did not go in there is very old. My horse was in heat and almost breeded well we were there. But my uncle stoped it. We did not have a good fence at the time. Is it possible that only my horse got pregnant. Why are the teets different and only from my horse. PLEASE HELP

She may or may not be pregnant- mares won't wax until 2-4 days before they go to foal. So if your mare is what you describe as waxy- she should be foaling any day now.
Either way you'll need your vet to come and check to see if she is or not. If she is you'll want to switch her to a mare and foal feed and also get her EHV shots and all other vaccinations. If you suspected pregnancy this would have been in the middle of last year because most horses will remain an-estrous during the fall and winter months when day light hours are shorter- you should have had her checked a long time ago.

Horses only start waxing when they r ready to foal. You would have noticed by an increasing belly size long before now if she was pregnant.
Some mares teats look different depending on whether thay have foaled before or not.
Also if your mare did fall pregnant she would not have stopped horsing by the next day unless that was the end of her cycle

I think you should call the vet and ask him/her. She might be pregnant, call the vet to make sure everything is alright

She's probably pregnant. Call your veterinarian, y'know, unless you want to palpate her yourself. ;)

If she is pregnant, its important to ask your vet about the extra care and nutrition she will require during gestation.

OK, so if there was a stallion out there with her, then it is quite possible. I'd say have her checked by your vet...if she is you better figure it out soon!
