I am pretty sure that you cannot own them, but you would have to contact your local Animal Control, Fish and Wildlife, or even your local authorities and ask to be sure.

Keeping wildlife captive in Canada is illegal without a special permit, such as those given to wildlife rehabilitation facilities. It's also a real bad idea. Sooner or later the cat is going to hurt someone and you're looking at criminal charges and/or a lawsuit.

Even if you could I would never own a wild animal,that is what they are no diffrent.UNPREDICTABLE.
