As the guinea pigs get older, hormones will kick in and the male will try to mate with the other females. As for the rabbit, I wouldn't really worry about the guinea pig trying to mate with it. I would suggest separating the two females in one pen and the male in another. The rabbit should also have its own cage. I would suggest this because as they grow, they will need more space. All of them may start fighting if they don't have enough space.

Wait until the rabbit is older. I used to work at an SPCA and they always put rabbits and Guinea pigs together because they typically get along very well.

Guinea pigs and rabbits should not be kept together.

1.) They have drastically different dietary needs
2.) They can seriously harm each other (generally the guinea pig gets the worst of this, however)
3.) Rabbits can silently carry bacteria that can be deadly to guinea pigs.

Guinea pigs and rabbits make great cage mates as long as adequate space and proper food are provided. Guinea pigs will start to reproduce with each other at quite a young age so it would be a good idea to put the male gp and rabbit in one cage and the female gps. in another cage before you get too many. Gps. and rabbits love companionship.
