The male mouse is doing what male mice housed with females do- breed. Seperate them ASAP. She is probably already pregnant.

Take the male out. The female mouse will go into heat again after birth, and get pregnant again, and that is very stressful! Plus it's irresponsible to just breed animals for the hell of it, or just be cute widdle babies.

the male mouse will breed with the female, every few days or so. and unless you want a bunch of little mice running around then you should separate them
