I have a 10 gallon unheated (room temp) tank with 2 snails, two fancy Goldfish and Dojo loach. It is planted and contains a lump of bog wood.
The filter is the type that hangs of the back with filter cartridge, and I have a small airstone.
I'd like to add some Shrimps and may be a clam?
My biggest fear is that the Shrimp will get eaten, or sucked into the filter.
Looking at other questions posted, I guess that ghost shrimps are glorified fish food, so perhaps something a little larger would work?
I would appreciate any advice on the best way to go!

I have three, two of them are swimming around and the one is swimming at the top.... they are boys. I'm kinda worried about him is this ok?? My water looks fine. How are guppys suppost to act?

she has the 2 f's on one side of the tank & the male by hisself...the 2 sexes are seperated...but she just saw what looked like an attack or something from one female...my question is....was it....from the looks of things, from what she says it looked like the red, pretty female attacked the purple beat up feamle b/c there was something like a piece of fin floating around...it kinda sounded like human females....pretty ones attacking the not so pretty ones....she has seperated them now but does she need to buy another tank or what....

He is continually lying on his back at the bottom of the tank or he is floating like he's dead. Next you will find him motoring around the tank. Weird fish. Anyone got any ideas why he is doing this?
