so he says hello to 2 dogs on the beach next thing i no the 2 dogs on the beach growl i called my dog but he does not come so i go to my dog on the beach who is being hit with a lead metal this is not her dog what gives her the right to hit my dog.what do i do.

We are thinking of getting another dog (our first is a lhasa apso). We just saw a Pekinese and it was the sweetest thing! We have a two year old and five year old; this puppy would belong to me, of course! But it would be wonderful to have something cuddly that didn't mind children. Of course they won't be allowed to be rough with it. Can some Pekinese owners give me their thoughts on how docile/good with children their dogs are? Thanks!

I want tokeep my dogs in my fenced yard without a leash but they keep digging under the fence since i am only renting I do not want to spend a lot of money any ideas.

Once my dog was sleeping, and then all of a sudden she started breathing really hard like she was choking and she was shaking.I woke her up, but she woke up only after I called her about 3 or 4 times. Was it just a bad dream, or do you think it was something else? Serious answers only!

I have a 13 year old dachshund and have been offered a new puppy. I don't want to cause too much stress on my doxie though.

Ok I have this friend who owns two cats..The first one was spayed before she got it and the other was a kitten. She has not spayed this cat (now 3 I believe), and the cat has had 5 litters...When I asked her why she hasnt got her fixed, she said I dont have the money..But she has money to go out to dinner everyday..This frustrates me....Why do people get dogs and cats and not get them fixed..I understand if you are going to breed them, but whats everyone else's excuse? Is it that they are lazy or just stupid? I dont care if u dont have money..Then why did u get a dog or cat in 1st place? Also do people who dont put their dogs on hear guard or get them their shots piss u off? They do me...Why cant people be responsible?

How do you people do it? The ones who take their dog out EVERY day and go walking.... Don't you get bored? xP I've been taking my 2 dogs out every day. I walk them for 30 mins in the mornings, and 30 mins in the evenings. And often times, I'll hook them up to a couple of runners and let them play and wear themselves out, but I'm getting bored with the walks. And there's no one to walk with me... It's just sort of lonely and boring.... And I can't /talk/ to the dogs and have a conversation with them. They're not people... XD So, anyone have any tips on how to make it a bit more interesting? Or anything else I can do that's fun to get my dogs some exercise? =P What do /you/ do while walking your dog?

My puppy is a Jack Russell. I got her a week and half ago. She 12 weeks and her name is Princess. We drive 30 miles to pick her up and when we was driving back to my place she starting throwing up. Every time we go some where in a car she always throwing up, why is that. I can do something about it?

houses all smell like an open sewer, i mean for facks sake i don't know if should wipe my feet on the way in or out. how the hell you have the gall to invite anybody around to your house without being embarrassed. i used to work as a paramedic and the amount of filth that was in working class homes because of dogs would shock a tramp. 90 percent of the kids i had to take to hospital was because of toxiplasmosis because johnny no job father let his mutt defecate in the kids room.
