I have put out grandules, sprayed with a product from So. Ag. and spayed with a stronger product recommened by the local farm store. They have not made a dent in the flea population. The products say once every two weeks but I have used the products about everyother day and after it rains. I have sprayed over the neighbors fences as far as I can also. I have read about a product called talstar but don't know where to get it. I'm getting ready to call an exterminator but how do I know that will even work?

You can just now see lots of movement from the pups, kicking, looks as if some roll over in the tummy, She ahsn't started producing milk yet, or atleast to my knowledge , How close is she? Her **** do sag though, so there has got to be some in just not flowing. And also, How soon after she starts producing milk should I expect pups?

They pay $25 for a dog and $10 for a cat. They don't even have to still be alive, you just mail them and they even pay the shipping. It's just wierd taking some kids cat and snapping it's neck for $10. But theres SO MUCH $$$.

My parents are convinced that the second they let it out the door it will bolt and we'll never see it again, but I've never wanted a dog so badly in my life and they owe me this. Is there any possible way this dog could work in my yard?

This puppy is apprx. 2 mos. old and had his first vet visit about a week and1\2 ago. The vet. asked for a stool sample, and he tested it and said the puppy had no worms. Well, over the past two days the puppy's had diarreah, and at times when he has to go,he just passes gas and some yellow slimey stuff comes out. Today, we noticed blood in his stool.,yet he's very perky, eats well, that all seems fine.We plan on calling the vet. to get him in as an emergency visit, but in the meantime, has anyone ever had this problem with their puppy. His name is Zeek and is a very loved puppy. Thank you for your answers.

Does a wire brush work to do this? I tried a straight, plastic bristle brush and this did not work.

We have a 7 month old Shih Tzu, who we got almost 1 1/2 months ago, however as long as we have had him we have been having a problem of pottying in the house. He will go out when DH takes him at 10pm, comes in and goes to bed until 7 or 730 am without going out. Then my husband takes him to the basement with him until noon and he might go out once during that time.

The problem is during that time he is closed in a smaller office with my husband, but when he comes up stairs he is in the living room and we take him out every hour or so and he still pees on the floor. He goes when he is outside too. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to get him to go outside all the time and do it all at once. My friends tell me he should be able to hold it for at least 3 hours and he does not wait longer then a hour or so, but it only happens during the day. Thanks

He is not aggressive with our guest, he just barks. We have scolded him and hushed him but it doesn't seem to work. If he does quiet down after we scold him, sometimes he will do little quiet barks under his breath like a bratty child!

I live in a very small, country town in the middle of nowwhere. We do have a city ordinance against allowing your dog to roam around off a leash, but we have no police department or animal control in this town. Even the mayor doesn't keep his dog on a leash or in a fenced yard. When I take my dog for a walk I have had alot of dogs come charging at us barking and growling. I started carrying a stick to protect myself and my dog. If I do hit someones dog, is this considered animal cruelty or protection? It doesn't do any good to say anything to the people around here. There are alot of good ol' boys who think that dogs should be free to explore.

I think she's beautiful the way she is. If I entered her in dog shows would they deduct for natural ears?
1more thing, her name.
It was Tess then Jenna then Dixie then Daisy
Finally I came up with Cadence Catalina. Both have special meaning for me. But my daughter says it's too complicated. What do you think?

This is a medicine for dogs who have irritated skin. I have a dalmation and his skin is red or bleeding for different reasons. I used "Hot Spots" once before but don't remember where I got it from. It works really well.
