hey, i have a rough coated/scruffy white with brown around eye cutie girl jack russell.{zoe}
she is not hyper unless company first comes.
she sleeps when i do, she has turned into the doggie vesion of me.lol.
yellow jackets killed my first jack(rufus) 40 stung him inside and out. he swallowed many. vet couldnt save him. 3 days he died.
be careful .,look for nests in the ground. at nite pour gas in them!!!
anyway, anyone got cute russell storys??

I have a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and he has this really weird rash that seems to be spreadin throughout his body. Its on his stomache but not covering it. Just little places. Under his "arm pits" and on his rear and side. It started out on his stomache and now its spreading. Its kind of like a blister and it looks like its eating away at a freckle onhis stomache and his skin is peeling. Im not sure if its a heat rash or something serious. Hes had this for about 4-6 months. My family says its nothing its just a heat rash but i keep seeing it spread around his body. I really need help!

I have a 5 month old pug and he has seperation anxiety. Everytime I leave the room he has to bark, or follow. I can't even take a shower without him with me (not in the shower but in the bathroom). Any suggestions on how to treat this would be great.

I just brought home my Peekapoo Penelope this weekend. I used to have a cat but he ran away at about 4 years old. I'm now remembering how much work it is and puppries are way more difficult than kittens! I'm scared I'm going to regret bringing home Penelope. Any suggestions?

I have just bought a 2 month old shih tzu pup, and I was wondering if it is too early to start the potty training. How do I begin to train? He is just poops and pees on the floor at the moment, it's pretty exhausting work to clean up after him. Your advice is greatly appreciated.

I just noticed my labrador scratching her neck under her chin. She seems to have irritated the skin there, and i would like to put something on it to help clean it, and then sooth it. Does anyone know what would help? She is currently on antibiotics, so I am hoping that will clear up the problem as well.

My puppy isnt eating her dinner! She ate the food in the past so i know its not that... I wonder why she wont eat it... ive tried everything.... putting that nutri-stat on it, wetting it a little with warm water... nothing.. she wont eat it... i have her on a fixed schedule (for potty training purposes) how long should i keep the food out with her sitting htere fore...

She is suppose to eat at 6 the food has been sitting htere for 40 min... she hasnt touched it, although she drinks the water...

any suggestions??

Their dog and our puppy were best friends. They always met at the fence, looked for each other outside, we doggy-sat each other's pooches on occasion. My question is, how do I behave with my dog? I plan to keep him at a discreet distance until they approach him again, that way he doesn't remind them of their loss. Would a donation, made in their name, to the local animal shelter be an appropriate *gift* in an animal-loss sympathy card? I won't ask them to puppysit, but if they offer later, should I take them up on it or just assume they are being nice and make alternative arrangements?

Note: I highly doubt they will get another dog, but I am not in a position to know for sure, obviously. Thanks so much for your advice/experience.

I went away for a few days and when i returned my chihuahua was skinny and shedding like crazy. Now that she has been back with me for a few days she is back to normal except she won't stop scratching and has scabs above her neck. I really don't see any fleas or bites? anyone have any ideas??
