i know you're not going to like my answer but you are not walking him enough
just remember, if something goes in, somethings got to come out
its all a matter of timing
young pups I take out every 30 min or 1 hr and stay outside until they go
as they get older go to every 2 hrs or 3 hrs and so on
my 2 yr old will occasionally go on the bathmat but I figure its my fault for not watching for her signal to go out, usually all I have to do is say outside, she knows what that means
Good Luck

He's still peeing on it because all the smell from the previous "accidents" aren't out. Try getting it professionally cleaned. If he still pees on it, try picking up the rug for a while and see if he still goes in that spot.

Did you use puppy pads with him at all? I know when I first got my toy poodle puppy I used puppy pads to housetrain her and now that I'm making her and my other dog use the bathroom outside, she will still come inside and use the bathroom where I used to place the puppy pads! She's slowly learning she isn't supposed to do that though.

Good luck!

You need help for getting a Min Pin.

You don't give his age. If he's an adult dog who is housebroken, he could have a physical problem (urinary tract infection) causing him to go in the house. Have him check by your vet first. If not, I'd start crate training now.

They're a smart little breed. Good luck!

I had one too. They have a mind of their own. Try crate training him/she. Dogs dont like being in their own urine or poo.
