Neutering does not stop them from marking their territory if they are older when you have it done. Slap your hand with a rolled up newspaper when he starts to lift his leg and in a loud voice say NO. This will distract him. Take him out to go to the bathroom. You need to clean up all places where he has went in the house or he will continue to try to mark them again. There is a product called Nature's Miracle that can help with this. Good luck.

You done pissed that dog off, relax, the dogs pain will subside and he will forget the torture that he endured. Ouch, that has got to hurt. A very nice breed of dogs. You have a friend for life.
