Should pit bulls really deserve the bad reputation they have?

My Mexican neighbors taught it to him and now he makes fun of me behind my back almost 24-7.

I don't know exactly what he is saying but I can tell by the way they laugh that he is getting in some pretty good zingers.

My 14 year old beagle puppy, is not staying in his cage to go to sleep. I let him out, and he just goes on my soccer ball bean bag to fall asleep. I've been doing this latley for the pass 2 nights, but then he poops on my floor, and I am very ticked off. I'm trying to teach him to stay in his cage but then he just barks, and howls. Please help me.. What should I do to keep him in his cage without barking.. Or any advice..

a canary preserio just killed another person this time it was florida. the owner was giving it a bath and he turned on her and ripped out her jugular vein. why do people insist on trying to own this type of dog?

My female dog keeps humping our 3 month old male puppy. This is her first heat and she is in the last stage. We are trying to breed her with our male dog. Is this a normal behavior? Why does she do this?

I try to take him out often and i heard that cage training is the best,but,I am having such a hard time. He poops during the night. I thought that dogs don't like to void where they sleep!When I do take him out he usually does pee and maybe poop,but how can I make him understand that he needs to hold it until its time to go out? He is only 10 weeks old, am I expecting too much? This is getting really hard. :(

Airedale had 16 pups, 14 lived 2 passed. Every one checked out alright at the vet this morning at 7am. She is doing a wonderful job feeding all and we have the formula to supplement if need be but so far she has everything under control. A Special thanks for all suggestions, feed back, and especially the quickness of your responses. oh 8 boys and 6 girls! Thanks again!!

My sister lives in my basement and pays me $100 a month in rent. Should I limit the amount of dogs she has? She already has 2 and wants more. My husband is a truck driver and needs his sleep while he's home and her dogs bark sometimes and he's getting pretty Pi**ed Off about it. My sister takes good care of her dogs,but she works a lot so they are left alone sometimes from 8 am to 8 or 9pm. I hate to think of them down there all alone all day. Should I let her get more? My husband wants me to tell her that if they keep barking they have to go, should I? I feel like she pays rent so she should be able to do anything any person off of the street that rents would be able to. I'd hate to think her dogs had to go to the pound. Plus she's a drama queen so I'm afraid to tell her no. I'm trying to help her get some money saved by giving her a cheap place to live so she won't have it so rough starting out. Am i being a pushover when it comes to the pets?

I have two male dogs one is neutered and the other is not. The neutered one is slightly smaller than the other, the unneutered dog tends to get aggressive with the other and often marks his territory in the house. Will neutering him eleminate these behaviors?
