I get bored with naming sometimes its fun to see suggestions. Moms is a DLH, cream tabby that has some persian blood in her, named Pia. The shelter named her that. Her kittens were born last night. Dont know much about dad but by the looks he might have had some persian too, possibly 2 dads in this litter due to unusual colors of 2 babies. trying to get pictures.
1. Female, DSH brwn & orange & Wht calico tabby
2. Male, DLH Classic (marble pattern) Red tabby
3. Male, DLH cream Regular tabby
4. Female, DLH Predomiantly white with 3 Cream tabby spots on ear, back, and base of tail.
These two look orientalish
5. Male, DSH all white with a hint of mask and light grey tabby markings on his tail. I think he will be a silver tabby pointed adult.
6. Female, DSH Charcoal grey solid.
The last 2 born were really petite and lots more fine boned than the first 4. The first four had wide faces and stout bodies. All are healthy and happy and doing well with mommy.

She is 5 months old and I expected her to be mean but she will not let me near her at all. I could barely get in the room to give her any food. Does anyone know how long this could last? I do have pain meds for her but the vet told me to start those in the morning. I also have 3 kids that I am trying to keep away from her till she is ok. Just want to get an idea.

Hello, i moved to this new place a month ago, my cat was very happy since it had a backyard and greens since she's an oudoor cat and she's used to spend a vast amount of time outside playing and climbing trees, until the owners of the house complained about her pooping outside and asked me to leave her inside my room at alll times, so now i can tell she's very sadddd, i can tell by her tail when she's pissed, and i feel she's depressed!! what can i do?? will she die from sadness? not to forget the room is kinda small, will she get used to it? please let me know for u guys who knows, let me know if its dangerous for her... thanks!!

Just got an 8 month old cat who is adoreable and is settling in really welll, she's only been here since Saturday. My partner now has asked me weather we could get anothe kitten aswell to keep her company. This kitten he is going to get will be 8 weeks old when we get her. im really worried about how my new cat Jasmine will be with her. Will she hurt her? Will she feel pushed out? If and when we get this Kitten Jasmine would have been with us 3- 4 weeks. Please advise me as i don't want anything to upset Jasmine as she has had a bad start in life. I rescued her from a Animal Santuary.

I had a dog and cat that was old and always had "accidents". The smell is STRONG! I want to replace the carpet but not without removing the odor that has absorbed into the wood. Thanks!

I think that de-clawing is inhumane and I bought them a scratching post, which they use, however it hasn't saved my furnniture. Is there maybe some kind of spray or something that I can use that they won't like the smell of to keep them away from the corners of my chairs and sofas? I love them very much but I am sick of seeing my furniture take a beating. I just got a newer sofa that I would like to stay nice but it's not off to a good start. There's got to be some kind of solution to my problem!

If he doesn't do it soon, they want to put him down. He's eating and behaving fine, but he can't do it himself. His tail and one leg went floppy for a bit but now they're fine. He's 12 and apart from that very full of life. What can we do? I don't want to lose him.

I'm moving into a friends house next month and we both have cats. I have a brother and sister pair who have been raised together since birth. Both cats are 3 years old and extremely friendly. My buddy has on cat who has been raised by itself. This cat is about 7 years old and extremely aggressive, attacking all people that come within paw swiping distance. The three cats are all meant to share living quarters with each other. What would be the best way to introduce them to each other? I know my buddies cat will be territorial and I'm worried that one of the cats will get hurt. Any suggestions? Also, anyway I can cut down on the scent marking that I'm sure all three cats will be doing to defend or claim their territory? Thanks.

How can I keep my cat to stop getting on the table? She gets up and plays with the stuff I`m doing. It`s really annoying, so I kinda push her off sometimes throw her off. I don`t want to mean but I have too.

He is constantly making a beeline for anyone who visits other than us, and hisses and scratches at them. Timeouts don't appear to be working (you've got to get a hold of him first) and he has no fea of water so spraying him won't distract him either. It would appear the only option is a behavioural therapist and want to know if this is a sucessful process?

My cat had magnesium crystals in his urine and a bad bladder infection. He was put on a very strict diet and two different antibiotics. Everything at this point for those troubles have thankfully cleared! He went to the vet the other day and come to find out he now has 3 small kidney stones. The vet says to keep him on the diet and the stones should eventually dissolve. However, I hate leaving him like this. Is there any natural things I could do to help him dispose of these kidney stones?? I know kidney stones are painful for humans and I would hate to think that he's in pain. My little buddy has been through alot these last few weeks and I want to do what's best for him and help him get better in any way I can. Please help. Thanks... For all to who responds and who responded to my other cat questions, thank you so very much. I really appreciate your feedback.

I have an indoor cat who craves the outdoors. So every once in a while I let him out(under my supervison because i am very concerned about him interacting with stray cats) for a few hours. well he has a huge habit of crawling in the dirt and grass. so i worry about him getting fleas and ticks. i havnt gotten him a flea collar yet. but instead i've been giving him baths. my boyfriend told me that you shouldnt give a cat a bath because it wont dry right and could cause mold. leading to hair loss. Is this true? Usually I wouldnt believe him because he has never owned a cat and therefore to me doesnt know much about them. but i love my cat so i took my boyfriends words into consideration.
