Cats are easy since you can give them alot of food and water and be gone for a few days. Dogs are better company but are really needy. Birds are difficult so if you dont know what youre doing then you will need to read up on the particular breed, and hamsters are cute but you cant cuddle with them or anything and they cant control their bladders so they end up pottying on you... I hope this was helpful!!!

If you want something to train... go with a dog. If you want something to love (and love you back) go with a cat. If you are gone most of the day go with a cat or a hamster. If you want a bird go with a bird.

Friends dont let friends buy or adopt hamsters... they are mean, they stink and when they get loose (which they will) they ruin walls, clothes, shoes, food items so on and so forth. Infact it is safe to say that you would get more enjoyment (and less bite marks) out of an inbred lab rat. Dogs and Cats are often the best adoption option as long as you can afford them.

It depends on what type of place you live and how much you want to take care of it...A cat you can give it food and water and it will be happy the same with a hamster, but they like to get out.Birds i think that they just get plane annoying.Dogs like to be played with, feed and given water...and they love being lap dogs...

I guess that all depends on how hungry you are. If you just want a snack I would definitely say go for the Hamster. Don't bother with the bird, you will never get enough meat off it. And don't go for the cat either, they taste HORRIBLE. I would recommend the dog personal, like pork, they have alot of natural flavor.

Cat's are the easiest, they bathe themselves, give you lots of love, use a litterbox, and love to play when they are young. And if you play with them while they are young, they'll keep playing with you well past middle age.

Dogs will protect you, but some need a lot of exercise.

Birds can be nice, but they certainly aren't cuddly.

Hamsters only live for two or three years, and I get too attached to my paets to see them die that quickly.

Reptiles are only for those who want to become experts in the particualr reptile they own.

hamster is perfection. birds can be expremly noisy, cats can get out of hand, and dogs are just plain anoying. hamsters dont take up much space and they can be great fun. i cant fit all my knowledge into this little answer, so im just gonna advise you to read "hamsters today".

cats are the best in my opinion.

dogs are too hard to take care of. hamsters can die pretty quickly ( about 5 years if well taken care of ) and you can't exactly snuggle with them. birds = same as hamsters.

cats= easier to care for. very snuggly. don't poo all over the house ( litter box ).

remember: DON'T DECLAW!!!!!! :-)

Go for it. You will make the world happy, and those children who have no home so much better off that they won't be pestered by the stray birds running around.
