I had just clipped her nails and she was very angry about it. She previously buried my tootbrush in her box while I was gone for several day. LOL - not really a question, just file it under "CTTCD" (cute things that cats do).

i know animals can fall in love because i have seen it with my two cats. one passed away and the other looks empty without him, but anyways my question is about another cat (i have three :)) this cat doesn't leave my room and snuggles with me alll night. my mom and i were joking about him being a man in a previous life and falling in love with me. its wierd though since i have moved in with my mom the cat doesn't go anywhere near my moms room and majority of time spent in mine waiting for me! my mom is a teddy bear so hes definately not scared of her. the cat licks my face all the time and even puts his paw around me haha! do cats have memories? I have moved in and out a few times - maybe he is clinging to me so i won't leave him again??

cute eh

My kitten (5 mo.), a himalayian persian, won't use the litterbox; instead he uses the newspaper like my dog. He scratches and paws at it like it's kitty litter, yet for some reason he won't ever use the real litter box... Is there anything I can do to get him to use the litter box? Thanks.

I have a sick cat and she won't eat much of anything. She likes to drink milk.

Her digestive system is obviously hurting and she threw up alot last night. Would milk hurt her digestive system? Or should I give her some?

When it comes to "CATS" there is always some ****** bragging about how they abuse them, and how "COOL" it is. Well if they were put in a cage with a 300lb tiger how "COOL" would that be? Chicken Sh-t's!

My Kitten is just now 6 weeks old and I wondered at what age I can start getting him used to a bath. Also, can you clip a cat's nails like you would a dog, and if so, when should I start clipping them and how often?

I just wonder if it is a myth that they aren't supposed to have it.

I have been out of my old apartment about a week and my landlord told me that there has been a cat coming around the house. Well yesterday I went to look for one of my sister's outside cats and the one my landlord had been talking about ran right up to me. She is very friendly so I don't think she is feral. She also has a collar but no tag and I don't see any fleas on her. But she is super skinny and when I gave her some food she didn't stop eating. So we took her home & I posted a found ad in the paper and on petfinder.com. I would like to keep her. Is there anything else I should do or have I done my part? We have an appointment at the vet this afternoon for a check-up and her microchip scanning. I had even asked neighbors if they knew anything about her. The neighborhood I was in (old neighborhood gone bad) is kind of run down and there are always strays around. I think she's better off with me, but I don't want to feel like I'm "taking" her. She's content so far.

He was laying in the hallway this morning and just pooped on the floor. I am just scared because he has never done that before. What can I do for him?

My cat will stick his head into an empty coffee cup and lick the bottom. I once had tea instead and he quickly removed his head from the cup. Does anyone else's cat love coffee. Since it is only licking a virtually empty cup I don't think I have to worry about any ill effects.

I just got 2 4month old kittens. when i brought them home they seemed hungry all the time. so i fed them when ever they seemed like they were hungry. but the last two (today is 3) days they seem like they arent very hungry. and i will put food down and they will take only a couple bites and thats it. before they would eat it all. Then this morning i found kitty puke by the bathroom. They dont seem sick they seem hyper and active as always. But i am just worried about them. Does anyone know why they wouldnt be eating very much? are they just full from all the food i fed them before? Are they sick? I am really worried.

Okay so I have a cat, last night we were having our usual Thursday night drink at the local watering hole. I tied one too many on and got the idea that my cat and I needed tattoos. I thought it would be cute to get "Gimme Velveeta or gimme death" on her rump well it turns out she doesn't even like Velveeta, now she won't speak to me. What can I do??

He's 3-yrs old, neutered & 1 of 3 other house cats (in a large living space) - 1 other neutered male cat (brother & formerly best buds), and 2 females. He was the "greeter", never shy, "talked" too much, very outgoing ..for a cat. 3 weeks ago, he began fighting with one of the females. He ran into the kitchen (Personally, not the place I'd pick for him to seek isolation) & has stayed in there since - except to run out & use the litter box, which I moved right outside the kitchen door (so he would stop using my countertops!). Nope - I cannot & will not have company over until this is remedied.
I've tried luring him out to no avail. I've made the noises in the kitchen I know he can't stand (rustling of paper, aluminum foil..any loud noise) & he'll run out then run back in.
Anyone out there have any idea what's happened, why & what I can possibly do to "fix" this?

I had four of them about 2 hours ago and they all met with an untimely demise. As to the question posted earlier, I could only get 4 kittens in my microwave. Anyone else have a hell of a mess to clean up in the kitchen?

Lets say I want to know what car to buy. I write all the names of the cars I am interested in on separate pieces of 8-1/2 x 11 inch paper and lay them all over the family room. Then I say to the cat "Will you please tell me what car to buy?" and eventually the cat will lie right down on one of the papers. Thats the one I buy!!!
