Sorry to ask so many questions here about my kitties. Here's the latest drama: Male kitten, 3 months old, been dewormed twice, cured of tapeworms, vaccinated 3 weeks ago with second round, currently eat Purina, vomitting frothy yellow liquid ONLY in the evenings for the last two nights. He threw up last night 3 times in about one hour, but then went back to playing and his normal romping self. Thought he was okay, then this evening, at almost the same time (pretty weird) he threw up again, this same yellowish orange light brown liquid. Things that have changed=
Food. Switched to sample of IAMS I had because regular food ran out. Yesterday started bag of Purina. The first time he vomitted yesterday it looked like it had some food. All the other times, it is just liquid. Also, his sister (same age) is NOT vomiting at all.
Could it be the litter? I dont think I am using clumping litter, I am using Tidy Cat and it said it was safe on the bag. Is that stuff about clay litter even true?help

Two months ago I asked the group about my kitten not responding to touching. Well, the update is, she finally came out from under the bed after eight days. It's been two months now and she will play with me with toys, roam the house and play with our other kitten.

If I have a toy between my hands and me she is OK and I can get very close, but still the site of hands only, will send her back under the bed.

Some days she seems like she is coming along then other days she is skiddish.

What's puzzling is, when we adopted her from the shelter we were able to hold and pet her.

She is a beautiful calico and doesn't seen like she was ever ferel.

Treats and food doesn't interest her for coaxing.

Everyone says give her time and she will come around, but I'm getting impatient and wondering if she will ever trust us.

I pet the other kitten in front of her, but she doesn't seem to be jealous.

Has anyone had a cat they could never touch?

O.k. I asked a question about an hour ago. I am more confused now! I've read that male and female cats still spray after spay/neutering. . I am seriously considering not getting one, due to the fact that I just bought a new house. Will someone please help?

Okay, so I have a cat. We have been having some problems lately and she just told me it's over. She is packing my stuff up right now all the while muttering to herself that finally she is rid of that no good two timing (I was petting a neighbor's cat) pig. She claims she has bigger fish to fry so she is throwing me out can she do this without a restraining order? What are the divorce laws regarding man and cat??

Okay, so I have a cat. She is a proud member of PETA and is a vegan and all of that wonderful tree hugging stuff that comes with the territory. Lately she has seemed like such a hypocrite to me, I mean she not only owns but WEARS a fur coat. How can I tell her what a hypocrite she looks like without getting my eyes scratched out?

I just got a kitten yesterday. She's 9 weeks old, my puppy's 7 months old. What's the best way to socialize them? Skitz (my puppy) just wants to play and is really boucy when he goes towards Sophie which, of course, scares the b'jesus out of her so she hisses at him and he runs away. Skitz is pretty much full grown and considered a small to medium sized dog, he's a Boston Terrier, but compaired to Sophie he's quite huge. It's actually quite cute when he trys to play with her but I'm afraid one day soon one of them will get hurt. Should I just let them be but keep an eye on them at the sametime? **Only serious answers please!**

Our adopted cat Herbie, who we think is about 10 and came with our house that we bought a couple of years ago, has recently started falling off things now and again. He hasn't seem injured at all (apart from his pride), and the only other changes in his behaviour are he seems more chatty, and more docile and sleepy. Its probably nothing to worry about, especially as he might just be getting older and more chilled out, but I just wanted to be sure that he was ok. Any thoughts?

We just adopted 2 cats...(well, they actually adopted us). I have no clue what to name them.

One is a short hair white cat, the other is a long hair multi-colored (calico?) cat. Both are boys. Can you help?

I just adopted a new female cat, around a year old. I curently have another female who's almost two. I would like to know how to get these two to like each other. They are both very sweet natured and curious when alone, but after meeting once, they both hiss at each other, and me! I need to know how long the meeting process normally takes, and what I should be doing to help these two get long.
