First of all, I have four cats (all of them brothers and sisters) and now that they're all grown up, they hate eachother and want to fight, scratch, hiss, and growl everytime they're near. Is there any way I can make them get along?

My second question, three of my cats are come-as-they-please and go in and out of the house when they want, the fourth cat is inside all the time and hates going outside. She is the only one that will use the litter box, the other three absolutely refuse and before you can catch them to throw them out, they will do their business anywhere and everywhere outside the litter box! I was told by a vet that they won't share a litter box because they don't like the scents of the other cats. But this is really pissing me off and I'm not about to set out different litter boxes around my house. Screw that! Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Thank you!

I want to neuter my kitten who is about 4 months old. I was told that neutering him early will change the way he looks. Like he will have more of a female (rounder) face rather than the more male face (longer snout - the Puma look). I like the male face and don't want to keep it from developing. Is there any truth to this?

My 5 year old cat has always been a very affectionate cat towards everyone who pays her the least bit of attention. She gets along great with our other pets too, even our German Shepherd. But there has been a few times when I have had her outside with me and a neighborhood dog shows up and she will go in this defensive mode and if that dog so much as comes near me, she will freak out and attack the dog. I just assumed it was because she was protective. Since our daughter was born (3 years ago), i have found that the cat seems to get VERY emotional when our daughter would cry. She would run up and just seem very concerned like she couldn't figure out what was wrong. I have noticed that she get's this upset around other children when they cry too. Not only has she gotton upset when they cry but when they laugh or scream loud, when playing. Is my cat just overprotective or is she having some kitty anxiety problems? Anyone else have a cat like this??

Our little grey-and-white baby used to share a corner of my pillow....and would keep snuggling against the top of my head. When I moved (she was WARM!!!), she'd move again...and again...and again. By morning, SHE had the entire pillow and I was halfway down the bed!

What do your furbabies do that's especially endearing, silly, or otherwise cat-like?

I'm sick of spending money on new cat toys that my cat isn't interested in. A cardboard box keeps her happy for ages.

She is a one-year old spayed female, whom we've had since she was eight weeks old. She has always used the litter box like a champ; however, about a week ago, she pooped on the carpet. It didn't happen again, so I dismissed it. A few minutes ago, I was stretched out on the sofa, she jumps on top of me and PEES ON MY LEG!!!!! Can someone help me!? What is going on with this cat!? Her litter box is perfectly clean. She has plenty of food and water, and we shower her with attention! She has been acting rather strangely lately, meowing a lot for no reason. HELP!!!

I always feed him and he sleeps in my house all the day and stays in my house all the night, he only goes out for his toilet and then he comes back to my door step asking to come in. My neighbour which is the owner she doesn't care where he is she even have a cat flap that lets him out but not in! I have asked her why she's done it that way? she answered that he keeps bringing dead mice and birds to her house, which I don't believe a single word of it, cos the cat never did it to me! Tell me know what shall I do? take him with me? or leave him behind? which is going to break my heart. will get reported if I take him with me??? any suggestions plz. Cheers

Ok, this is gross but yesterday we had our carpets cleaned, we kept her off of it for a while but she came out when it was pretty much dry, when i woke up this morning there were three chuncky piles of throw up scattered through out the living room, now that ive been up i have found 5 more piles but they are liquid only. i put her in the bathroom with all her stuff, water, litter box toy and bed. i went to check on her about 15 minutes later and another pile just liquid. i dont know if she drank any but we took her food away, dont want her to get dehydrated. does she need to go to the vet or let her get whatever out of her system?

When I first got my black cat, I asked her what her name was. She immediately said, " MAU". So of course thats what I call her. A long time later, I read that the ancient Egyptians, who worshipped cats, called them all "MAU". My Mau is very haughty, she rules the other cat, and always demands the first attention and best seat. She cuddles only when she feels like it and if I go out she lets me know it is not the thing to do . I have heard of people being old souls, but what about my cat, do you think it is possible ?

we have a newish cat who lives in / out - no cat flap we let her out during the night and she generally stays in during the day. We are going on hols soon and don't know what to do with her - don't really want to put her in a cattery, there is nowhere suitable in the house to put a cat flap in, we thought about putting a cat flap in the shed and moving her food and bed into there for the duration and getting someone to put food in for her daily - but I'm not sure if she will be OK living out all the time? Or any other suggestions?
Thanks
