I have had a kitten for about two months. She is now about 4 months old. I just adopted another kitten about 2-3 months old. He is a boy. How can I ease the transition for both cats? The girl seems to be having a harder time since he is technically invading her territory.

Do you think my cat is pregnant? she is slightly bigger around the tummy area and you could see very clearly her first four nipples starting from her rear and they are pink, but the strange thing is that i dont really remember her being in heat. If you need any further info please ask

My boyfriend and I are going to visit his parents. They live on a ranch and have lots of animals, including kittens and cats. I have a 3 month old kitten who hasn't gotten any shots yet. Do you think by taking her to his parents' house she might get sick or catch something?

Cats always land on thier feet, and bread always lands buttered side down - so if buttered bread was strapped to the cat's back, it seems the logical result would be her levitating just above the ground if dropped....

My cat, who is a five-year-old male tabby, seems to LOVE to inhale the smell of chlorine and bleach. He cannot seem to stay off of me after I have been swimming in a chlorinated pool, and we cannot clean anything in my house with bleach without having to close him out of the room. (When we do keep him out, he still tries to inhale the fumes through the bottom of the door.) When he is around the smell of chlorine or bleach, he always seems extremely... happy, I guess you'd say. His reaction is not unlike the response I've seen other (normal) cats have to catnip. I've never heard of another cat like this- are the fumes from the chlorine/bleach harmful to him? Do they give him some sort of a high? Have any of you had experience with anything like this before?

Several years ago my husband and I fed a skinny alley cat that was hiding on our patio to escape the rain. 3 years later, she is fat, happy, sleeps all day and parties outdoors all night. Pretty normal cat. Well, my husband and I are looking at adopting two mut puppies from the shelter. Their smallish (look poodley-terrierish) and not of the hyper variety. Playful but not insane. And they are cat-friendly and non-aggressive. We are looking for any literature/sites/personal advise/etc. that will help us aclimate Turkey (our cat) to the new arrivals. Turkey rules the house and appears to hate all other animals except humans. Thanks!

I noticed this morning that my cat has a bunch of small, hard, bumps on his neck that look kinda like pimples. He hasn't been scratching excessively and they are a little crusty. It also didn't look like ticks. Could he have tumors or cysts? These are right below the skin.
We just moved, could it be stress?
