Leave your cat in doors while you are gone...especially if he's too little to defend himself. He'll get older and be able to handle the mean cats. Or you can talk to the owner of the fat cat. If they don't care then warn them that you will call the animal society if it hurts your cat.

Ok, I used to have a problem like this, but I think if you some how keep a barrier, like a fence of some sort, then it'll work until you can figure out who that cat belongs to, cause if it's fat, It's fed, if it's huge, It's nutered or spayed. if you cats are being bullied by a fat cat, then its defediantly fed and owned, next time ur Dad tries to scare it away, ask him if he can see a collar if not, then ask him to take a pic, that way, you can go down the street and ask some people if it's there pet, and if one person says yes, then tell them what happened, but if they say that there cat wouldn't do that, then go back home and take a pic of ur beatn up cat and show it to them for evidence. See? It's kinda easy, but if you did this already, sorry, can't help ya.

We have a cat like this in our area. If you now the owners then talk about it with them. Our roaming cat has no owner so if we could catch him we would take him to a shelter. Unfortunatly most cats that get into fights are wild because they have been out so long without human affection. they are also usually male tomcats who are just defending thier territory.

Our roaming tom no lnger comes into our yard, but we have two big dogs as well. Our two have learned to gang up on him and attack when he comes into thier territory. So you have options, and shooting the cat is one of them, but not reccomended.

Go talk to the owner...ask them to keep an eye out for it... A cat can climb a tree to get away from something thats going to hurt them.. they will be fine...and Cats like to play and wrestle and play fight... They also mate this way. Maybe if it would make you feel better fix your porch in a way that thwey cold get there and hide.... with a basket high up or something... They have great instincts...they can take care of theirselves....also you could fence your yard... fence a place for them in your yard..they might climb out tho...or just bring them in when you are going to be gone for a while with litter box

turn the hose on the old fat cat a few times and I am sure that will keep him away. If you know where he lives, you might try talking to the owners, or if he's a stray, call animal control to have him picked up. Be sure if you call them to have your cats inside when they come over.

If its really a big concern, maybe consider indoor cats. Sweet cats don't need an outdoor life. Also, if your that concerned, you need to contact the owner of this FAT cat and tell him he is beating up yours, and that if they don't do something about it, you will be calling animal control. Thats what I would do anyways.

1rst- tell the cats owner
2nd- call animal control
3rd- try and keep yours home a couple of days during buisness hours, so they do not pick yiours up.

ps. I did this a few weeks ago & the mean cat is gone. They might get the mean cat spayed or neutred, it settle my Tom cat down. Good Luck !

I would find the owner of the fat cat and tell him/her to keep the cat inside and if that doesnt work, you need to call the humane society

Why would you get a cat and then force it to LIVE OUTSIDE? Either let your cats live inside, or find loving homes for them.

What are you people thinking??? Why would you get any animal, just to throw it outside??? Makes no sense to me at all.

Don't let your cats out to roam. Problem solved. With the added benefit that they aren't going to get run over, lost, picked up by animal control, or diseased by wild animals.
