I have put vitamin drops in his water daily....He eats purina dry cat food. He doesn't like wet food unless it is a can of tuna fish. He drinks plenty of water. I comb him 3 times a day and get basically the same amound of hair each time . I am at a loss

I just got the most beautiful kitten I have ever seen, He is pale cream with very light tan markings, He has the same markings on one side of his body as the other in perfect symitry.

He recently did something to his eye.
Either he got something in it .
Or another kitten scratched it.
I am not sure which but it is very red and has coal.
What should I do in either case.

It will take me two weeks to get the money to take him to the vet, and I am afraid to let it go that long, I dont want him to suffer or lose his sight . Or even eye.

At what age should a male cat be neutered. I was questioning what was the right age and what age was it getting real late and making it hard on me and the cat...(such as when the spraying will definitely start at what age if I don't neuter him)
Also if I was considering getting 1 more cat so he'd have someone to bond with...is it best to get a female or male...and what age should it be? Such as...older, younger...same age, ect.

I know he knows to go outside. We have started to bring them in at night, because we have a coyote problem, and so we have a litter tray, and when he cant get to that now he pees outside the door of the room it's in. He's been peeing in the house even before the litter was there.

My roommate's cat started playing with a long piece of thick string. When we took it away, he twitched and cried, looking obsessively for it. We gave it back. He drags it all over the house, wants to play with it constantly, cries all night for it when he can't find it. We hide it, and he finds it. Is this attachment abnormal?

I have a 2 year old male cat that is not neutered. Today we got an eight week old kitten from one of our friends. Our old cat keeps following the kitten around and seems really uptight. He will keep nipping at the kitten and he will bite him on the back of the neck and force him to the ground. Earlier today he was actually carrying the kitten by the scruff of his neck, I had to smack him to get him to drop the kitten. Should I be worried that he will will seriously hurt the kitten? He is like 10 times as big as it.

I didn't change anything as far as where the litter box was or the type of litter that I was using. She was using the litter box fine until about a month ago. I have tried putting food in the places that she started going. Nothing seems to be working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
