i have a problem with cats using my pool waterfall as their litterbox when waterfall is off. help before i shoot cats

Mix some ammonia and water in a spray bottle and spray some around your property (near fences, driveways, near trees, near your front and back door). Other cats assume another cat has marked this as their territory and they tend to keep away.

Dam thats strange. Try dont you just make a loud noise when they are near your waterfall and then they will think that the noise happens when they are near there and hopefully wont come again. You need to make a loud noise. Good Luck with it. I hope it works for you.

DON"T GO TO VIOLENCE AND HARM AN INNOCENT CAT. YOU CAN GO TO JAIL FOR ANIMAL ABUSE. JUST CALL THEIR OWNERS TO KEEP THEIR CATS AWAY OR IF THEY ARE STRAYS, CALL AROUND TO GET THEM A HOME. My great aunt use to put moth ball down to keep them away and it worked ,it is something about the smell that they don't like . I mean they really don't like it.

cats hate vinegar , especially rice vinegar !i keep a spray bottle close.

they make sprays to make them go away....call your neighbors...or make sure there is no dirt in it...I can't see them going in water
