How long ago did this start? Sounds like fur balls. If this is the case he will let you pet him soon enough. But, if he still won't eat or drink anything by tomarrow get him to the vet. Foaming out of his mouth can indicate many things, but it can be a sign of rabies and if he begins acting out of the ordinary (trying to attack you for instance) get him isolated and to the vets immediatly! Rabies is no joke!

Your cat needs medical attention if this doesn't stop right away. I've had cats all my life and when they stop eating, it is serious (not necessarily incurable, but can be life threatening if untreated). Not letting anyone touch them is an indicator that they need medical attention also. No guesses as to what may be going on (not a vetrinarian) but when any I've had stop eating or wanting to be touched, it has been serious. Have had many cats so know this is nothing to wait on. Good luck.

Is he a male neutered cat? Sometimes they can become blocked and cannot urinate. This can be a fatal problem. He could also have some sort of foreign body that he has ingested. I would take him to the vet and let them rule out these things

You need to call your vet right away. Did you put any flea stuff on him? Sometimes that will do it. Otherwise you need to consider some type of poisoning..could be Lysol or other household chemicals.
Call that vet.

call your vet, and check to see if your cat accidentally ate something that is lodged in the top of his mouth or the back of his throat.

I would get him to a vet, it is either a fur ball or rabbi. Does your cat go outdoor? Has he had its shot? Hope he feels better.
