My dog is a beagle and she throws up quite a bit. She seems perfectly fine and engergetic as ever. She only throws up after being outside for a while and drinking a lot of water. The throw up is always clear with just little bits of grass or whatever she has eaten. We have another beagle too and she doesn't do this so I don't think this is a virus. Any know if this is common?

BUZZ the poor thing?
There are ***26*** breeds in the Toy Group, another dozen at least in the Hound & Non-Sporting & Terrier Groups that are under 20lbs.
If you're not going to properly care for a coated breed, chose a smooth-coated breed instead of butchering an animal that dedicated people spent hundreds of years selectively breeding FOR a BEAUTIFUL LONG COAT!

My 8 1/2 month old cat just threw up twice ... he's done this before because he ate something stupid outside and then didn't feel good, and puked it up. But this time, his throw up had some stringy looky things in it - some musty gray colored and others a burnt-looking black. I don't think it's worms cause he's had his shots up to date, and we use the flea/tick stuff on him once a month like we're supposed too. But, should I be really concerned about the stringy things, or not?

I am going on vacation tomorrow afternoon and will be back late Sunday night. Is my cat okay if I leave her with plenty of water and a lot of dry food? She normally eats canned food but will eat the dry if thats all there is.

There are a lot of cats in the area and I'm getting fed up of this situation. At 1st they were coming in the bk garden and peeing there, but now it seems they have gotten into the house and possibly done their business in my house. Is nothing sacred anymore?. Please help me because I've been doing washing and ironing all day and now discover that I need to do it again.

There is a strange cat in my neighborhood.
when I come, He does not run away like the other cats do.
All the time, I sit beside him and he comes to me and pushes me with his little head, almost all the time. Is this act called rubbing?

What he also does is that he bites my hand -of course not to the degree that it hurts- when I try to touch his head(the sign that I like pets). I don't think it is an aggresive behaviour

so the question is... Does this cat like me?

This cat got in and has had a litter of kittens, I just want them to leave (yea, right) and take the little ones with her, I have just put my dog in a kennel under there hoping the barking drives her nuts and she moves the little ones one by one to another location....any other ideas?

Ok, so whenever I am taking a nap, my cat will come up next to my head and rub it with her head. I think this is a sign of affection, but from time to time she will "smack" me with her paw. She has claws, but she doesn't scratch me. They don't hurt either. Then she'll sit and meow at me and rub my head again. I thought maybe she wanted some more food/water except she just stares at me when I give it to her. What's up?

I live next to a crazy cat lady. She feeds all of the stray cats for miles. She is insane and there is no reasoning with her. They have taken to living in my garage and it's driving me nuts. They spray, the pee, they poo . I've tried buying the coyote pee crystals and they actually ended up rolling in it - I guess they thought they were cool, smelling like coyotes. Anyway, other than burning my garage down, there has to be something- a sonic device or what have you. People mention citrus, but I figure if they roll in coyote pee, a little lemony fresh scent isn't going to spook them. I don't want to catch them because A) the crazy cat lady would probably call the police on me and B) they are very skittish and I'd have a better chance catching Osama Bin Laden. And no, I am not going to get a pellet gun.

Thanks in advance for any help because they're ruining all my stuff in storage. Oh, and by the way, the way the garage is built, it can't be sealed and they find a way in.

I have a salterwater tank with a yellowtail damsel, yellowtail chromis, crabs,a snail, live rock, two anemones, and a firefish. I use to have a scooter blenny, and blue damsel but the disappeared from my tank. There is no trace of them. And the pump didn't suck them up. What could have happened?

Do you let your cat loose, keep it in a carrier, or have an animal guard behind the driver seat?

I ask because I would like to get an animal guard so that my cats can stretch their legs in the back of the car, without the danger of them getting in the front. One vet I spoke to said that this is a good idea; another said that it is dangerous as the cats could fall all over the place in the back. At the moment we keep them in pet carriers; but it can't be nice for them and they don't like staying in there for too long (I'm not surprised!)

Thanks! xx Emmie

It's been going on for about a month. The other 2 dogs are fine. The vet wants to see him for "observation". Any ideas to what is wrong.

This is just research! Look, my sister has a club called nature club. One of the facts they need to know is how you give a cat heartworm medication. With a pill or a shot? Thank you! We're not gonna give our cat any medication. She doesn't have heart worm, jeese!

When my house cat was about 7 months old, she suddenly became very hostile to me. I got her as a kitten and never let her outside. She just went feral like. I could not touch her for months then one day she was loving again. Is this common or a possible mental condition?

I have two labs. I used to sleep in the living room on the couch for a few months and they got used to sleeping with me. Now that I am back in my own room, they want to sleep in their with me. They lay at my door and whine until I let them in. In fact, any time I am in my room my dog Roxy will lay their until I open up the door. I feel bad hearing her whining and sighing all the time.. Is there an easy way to get her to stop laying at my door?

Not for the faint hearted thats for sure. I hope that jacka** gets the whole 6 years in jail plus more than just $350,000 fine which is pocket change to him and kicked out of the NFL for good. We deffinitely do not need a role model like him out there for our kids. He deserves a huge beat down!
