for most fish I use Jungle fungus eliminator in liquid form (I have had best results with it). Betta Fix (Methylene Blue) a product found on the Betta supply shelf at your pet store.

chrisbetta is right, Fungus Clear by Jungle Lab is a very good product. simply dose a tablet for every 10 gallon of water and that should do the work. please don't forget to remove the carbon from your filter.
