yesterday i did not se my cat all day:( then today in the morning i saw him and he came inside the house....then i noticed his lower lip.....it was wet and it looks like saliva or a wet liquid?????i dunno what it is??how to treat it or if i should take him to the vet???what do i do?

i took my cat sofia to the vet on 5/7 and she had worms(first visit after i rescued her) i did the treatment the vet prescribed and i check her poop and all seems fine, but she eats non-stop, she was 11lbs with worms, and she was homeless for a year prior to my taking her in, and now she is 14lbs, she sometimes vomits, and i dont know why, any ideas as to why she vomits and why she eats so much???? thanx for any help!!!

i just bought a african butterfly fish NICE!!!!!

i also have a rainbow shark and two red tip sharks just to name some nice pretty fish

which else would you recommend

i liked the lionfish but thats a salt water fish so later later

i would like an eel or a nice cool looking fish

They own the hardest dog in town (of course the Tosa is the number one fighting dog) however, what I don't understand is why you would want to own such an aggressive dog. I can see clearly why a person would own a guard dog. They offer protection to our children, family and home. Pit bulls are not even considered good guard dogs. I have not seen a list compiled yet where a pit bull ranks in the top ten guard dogs. They are good fighting dogs but not as effective for protection work. (I am not saying I would want to break into a home with a pit bull in it) But I'm sure you understand what I am saying. If you want a dog that can protect why not get another breed Why choose the pit bull. The only reason I can see is that people want to have the Pride/Status of having a vicious fighting dog in there home. My question:
Is it better to have a breed of dog that is on the top ten list of guard dogs or to have a dog that is only good for taking out other dogs?

My beautiful baby girl died 3 months ago. I have searched the world (at least on petfinder) to replace her but no cat has the "IT" she had. I miss her so badly I cry alot still and don't think I'll ever get over her. If I have her cloned will it just be a look alike or will the cloned kitty have personality too? She's been gone for 3 months and I still have her toys that I haven't let the other cats touch. Can I get DNA from them or where?

my kitty is 1 years old, and is very slim. she has never been a big eater, but i am worried she is underweight. she is home most of the day, and i know where she is when she is outside, so i know she isnt getting food from anywhere else.

She is a british short hair tortie, and has been neutered. How much should she weigh, and how can i fill her out, without her becoming unhealthy?

I adopted a cat a month ago. I am scared because I don't know her past, but she is great. She just follows me everywhere. She sits on the sink when I go to the bathroom, sleeps on my head and cries when I am getting ready for work. It breaks my heart, could something be wrong?

My cat I just bought home from the store I work at(a stray cat) was ill and we did not see him for like two days. When he came back he stayed under our deck for a day and today he came out and he is weak and it looks like a brown worm is coming out of his nose.Now I won't get that close to see but can this happen or he just might have something like a pine needle or somethin g. yesterday i got a guinea pig and my little bro's guinea pig seams to like her but now she seams to be getting jellous and what if muffy my little bro's guinea pig doesn't like crecent my guinea pig is that bad there both girls and haven't tried to atack and cresent would always go out of the igloo and bury her self but she likes to hide its fun for her i have them both in my lap right now muffy has been with us since october of 2006 they are doing fine right now but if you have or had 2 guinea pigs tell me if you think they like each other if you have questons about them email me please help

I have a little toy poodle that likes to climb under our privacy fence. And we live on a really busy street almost like a highway, and im always afraid he is going to get hit by a car. ...find it cruel to keep a bird as a pet? I used to have a parakeet, when I was very young, that I allowed to fly throughout my house and trained it to poop in one specific area covered with newspaper.
Do you let your bird fly throughout your home, or is it left in a cage all day?

My cat seems to be getting a chronic bacterial eye infection. It's come back 3 times in the past couple of months. The ointment the vet prescribed to treat bacterial infections clears it up, but I was wondering if there is anything I can do to help prevent them?
