OK, you will be restricted to a certain degree, but first off I'm not sure what red tip sharks are they may have a different name here, however if they are from the same family as the Rainbow/Ruby shark that's grey/blue body and red fins? then within a few weeks they'll be battering each other to death and you'll end up with just one. Sharks should be kept as singles or more than about 10 to stop individuals being killed in the squabbles.
Your butterfly fish puts paid to any surface fish under 3 or 4 inch's, anything that's not quick is going to be eaten if it goes near the surface.

There's a fish called a reed fish, its a fish but looks like and eel this will grow to about 12" + so would fit in your tank, downside they'll eat anything they can get in there mouth, and they have the knack of getting out and going for a walkabout, they can survive for a couple of hours outside water but will dry out and die.

Most other eels are going to grow to large for your aquarium but species of Mastacembelus are nice looking fish, but as i say they come in around the 3ft mark.

Another strange looking fish is the elephant fish they tend to better in groups and obviously would prefer sand it causes less damage to there noses.

Try the tetra species. They have some bright colored fish that look excelent with they're neon colors. Also try the silver dollar fish! It looks like you have a buch of coins floating around your tank!(I'm not kiding)
