Don't they sell little tin of hermit crab chow at the stores that sell the crabs?
I imagine the chow is little dried brine shrimps and/or dried mealworms. You're supposed to keep a dish with a wet sponge in it for the crab to get water...

In the pet store you got the crabs from, they should sell several kinds of hermit crab food. Go on in and ask an employee.

i feed my hermit crabs all kinds of stuff from the store but also bananas,apples, peanut butter, nuts, dried fruit, and fresh veggies. but make sure they dont get any dairy this can be fatal. member fresh water! leave out overnight and remove in the morning.
