how old do female dogs have to be before they can have puppies?

I just got a dog from the local pound. He was fine for 16 hours then when I took him to my house he wouldn’t eat. Then he started vomiting first a yellow color then a greenish. He has also had explosive diarrhea I fell so bad for the little guy. He’s been sleeping the whole day and wont eat. Help my 4 year old had bonded with him, and I don’t want anything to happen to him.

I have some crusty white build-up on and around my filter, and on the lid. I have scrubbed with a pad and a sponge, but to no avail. I am afraid to use soap because I know that will kill my fish, but I am running out of options. Someone please help me

My pregant guppy, with the curved spine, has recently given birth unbeknown to me. I can see 1 fry hiding next to an ornament should I catch and isolate it? If so how do I catch such a small thing?

so we are going toa horse show this summer and i was wondering we are doing this one division and im okay with athat but what would you do for good grooming Classes like i know i have to have him all spified up but would i have his tack on and what about me like i know my boots and breeches and show shirt but what about jacket? and helmet? and for him would i use a bridel or a halter? thankz... and about hacks. there is a road hack what would u do for that? and show hack and waht would you do for that? and pleasure hack and what would you do for that? thats for your help

I recently bought a 3 gallon fish bowl for one of my bettas. When I took the fish bowl out of the box, I saw that it came with an undergravel filter. So I was wondering if an undergravel is ok for a 3 gallon fish bowl. Would it be too powerful?
I put my betta in the fishbowl a couple days ago without the filter in it anyway. ...He seems to be happy with all the space! =]

I have over 400 gallons in aquariums and I just got a 100 gallon. I was wondering if I could use my goldfish/koi pond water to help get it t started? The pond is 1500 gallons, so if I filled it up the pond wouldn't miss it. The pond doesn't have any problems with algae, the fish are in perfect health and the pond is self-sustaining. I only have a small fountain in the middle to help oxygenate the water.

My puppy is 6 1/2 mos old and ever since he was little he takes his squeak toys and squeaks them over and over and over again really fast until we cant stand it and take it away. We have to hide all his squeak toys! Do any of your dogs do this? If so, why?! lol

My first try with a Eclipse 12 gallon tank killed 5 goldfish. My second attempt went much better. I started with a male betta and about 2-3 weeks later, I added a male red wag platy and two female red wag platies.
One female has given birth twice in the past 3 months. The other only once. The male is a "sex machine" from day one!
A few weeks ago, I got a 10 gallon tank with filter and lid for only $10 at a garage sale. With gravel, heater, decor, I only have about $30 invested in my 2nd tank. It uses the incandescent bulbs, which I plan to upgrade soon.
This is now home to my youngest platies, about 18. The best of the oldest platies live in the 12 gallon with their parents and the betta. I have no doubt more are on the way...
I'm having a hard time culling the less than perfect specimens, but I know I have to do it. They get too big for their parents to eat them in about 2-3 weeks. For some reason, the betta doesn't want them, or I haven't seen it. Is there a cure for this?

I used to own an American Bulldog who sadly met a most unfortunate accident and was put to sleep. Needless to say it took sometime to get over the loss of a great dog. Now it's roughly a year later and I think I'm ready to get a new pet. Finding an American Bulldog without going throuhg a breeder is next to impossible. But to hear my dear mother tell it, it can be done. So I need some other options, what other type of dog can I get; large breed preferably, that won't cause me to shell out a large portion of my pockets.

Hi, im a 13 yr old, and im currently looking for a small breed dog (free) before you go on and think ''every one wants a free dog and dont realize how much it really costs...'' Well i do realize how much trouble and money a dog can be. I just dont want to pay thousands of dollars for a pet when its going to cost alot anyways. So i have been putting up ads on to alot of sites and i only had bad replies. I am responsible and willing to pay for whatever the dog's needs are. My lizard is a aligator lizard i think i caught her in my garden about 1 1/2 months ago she laid 9 eggs in her cage i dont want to touch i know not to flip over she laid them on her heating pad(guessing they will be kept warm do i mist them and do i put my uv light above them the cage temp is 80 degrees F. i feed her with crickets she is in good shape and is resting this all happened today im going to give her crickets right now because she just gave birth so maybe shes hungry

please tell me me what to do how long till last and how many will survive please need your help i cant take them out cause shes really defensive like any mother so please help

Okay no matter where I look, they are there, they are in puddles, ponds, buckets of water, just about everywhere water is!

Desctiption : About a centimeter, They spin around in the water in a circular motion to move.

Someone told me they are mosquitios, but that doesnt make sense....or does it? I have been trying to find out for atleast 15 years!

Hi I have a betta fish and he was in a baby biorb but I had to take him out and put him in like a vase that is okay size (big) and I was wondreding if I needed to leave him in the water when I change the water or take him out? I have gravel in the vase and see some food what do I do about that? I am sure alot of you want to know why I had to take him out of the baby biorb tank it was because I had 2 tetras and they got ick so I had to take them back and I feel sorry for the betta because they put the fish in small containers so I put him in the vase. I am hopeing to save my money and get a new tank with a fitler and heater.

My fish suffer from Ich, the medication appears to burn them. It's a 10gallon set-up with 4 guppies, 4 neon tetras and 2 neon black tetras. I've decided to try and solve the problem using tonic salt baths and cutting the dose of the Ich treatment in half. What dillution of salt is safe to use first the guppies, and secondly the tetras since I know guppies are much more tolerant of salt? Also what temperature should I raise my tank water to and still remain in safe levels for the fish I have? It was 78, I've slowly raised it to 82 on advice from my local fish shop.
I'd like to know if I should increase, decrease or leave the temperature as is?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Do mice have rabies... what are the chances that my puppy has it? About two weeks ago his eye was red and tearing like no other..did something just accidently hit him in the eye..he couldn't really open it for a little bit.
then this week we saw the fecies of mice where he stays...which is a really clean place that's why we noticed. Then today we saw the mouse and killed it...but I was wondering if my puppy got bit by it.

I have 2 beautiful male guinea pigs aged 9 mths. I find 1 of them is domineering over the other 1 of them. How do i solve this problem. They are let out in the day in a pen and then in a hutch at night.

I adopted a rescue chihuahua and would like to know some suggestions for dry food. He has symptoms of allergies? Excess shedding, licking paws, rubbing face in the ground (so a web site said, but this seems also normal dog stuff) Has a lot of clear eye drainage due to blocked tear ducts and I have trouble helping him with this but he rubs it off.

He is a wonderful affectionate pet so I want this 6 yr old to live forever!

Today I went for a walk with one of my relitives, and then we went to see her new neighbors and I pet 2 different dogs. Then when my mom and my sister got drinks for my dad at the barn and he almost jumped in the car to bit me. Then when my dad came home with him I was in the house he almost really killed me. I really love him, but what is the matter.
