My pregant guppy, with the curved spine, has recently given birth unbeknown to me. I can see 1 fry hiding next to an ornament should I catch and isolate it? If so how do I catch such a small thing?

Personally I don't even put my pregant guppy's or any other fish for that matter in the 3way breeder any more because the females get really stressed out, I just leave them in the tank and at least 5-15 of the fry always servive.
My tank is really good planted with real plants and they have a lot of hiding space in there, even my big dalamatian molly doesn't eat them
And the fry also grows much faster in a bigger environment then in the breeders

Hope that helps
Good luck and congrats

Catching baby guppies can be a real test in frustration and patience. lol. I suggest using a net and something to chase the little guy with. Basically chase it to the net and then net it out into the container you have ready for it. Of course, removing ornaments or plastic plants before you start is a good idea, you will probably end up removing them before you finish anyway.

Best of luck!

if your tank is big and has lots of plants and hiding places i will recommend you leave it in the tank. liverbearers fry grow very fast so in no time you will see that it wont be considered as food. if your tank is small of cause you have to isolate it. at the same time look out for other fry. livebearers give birth to few dozens of fry so i m sure there r more inside hiding. to catch it u will need 2 nets a small one and a big one.. use the small one to chase it out into the big one. quite simple u just need patience will learning how to do it. actually for all small fishes it is best that u use this method. hopes this can help u =) cheeros!

Start catching them now with a net. you will find them hiding near ornaments and plants so they don't get eaten. They can be difficult to see, but I've found them easier to spot by their eyes shining, or by other fish hovering nearby waiting for them to come out! Good luck and have fun!

I'd leave it alone. If you have a curved spine guppy, then chances are it will pass the curved spine trait to offspring. The babies should be culled.
