If you know how your dog will react to the sound of the fireworks.......as long as he isn't scared of them or freaks out when he hears them........then it should be fine to bring to the fire works.

He loves the excitement that goes around fireworks. Now, you know how loud those are - considering they can hear anything in the range of 40 Hz to 60,000 Hz and is over ten times more sensitive than human hearing.
So by all means, if you want to cause early deafnesss, go ahead.

Most dogs are terrified of fireworks.
How do you explain the sky is not exploding.
They all knew Chicken Little remember.
Seriously, dogs have run away from fireworks,
never to be seen again.

It's too loud, and you risk him bolting if something scares him, and they have discovered that the stuff that rains down over you at fireworks is poison..

I stay home with my dogs. On this night more dogs and cats run away than any other night in the year. They get scared and do not understand the strange noises. Maybe you can watch them from your property and can calm your dog by your side.

Haha thats gonna go over real well...
Yeah I took my dog to a fireworks show her names Jenna. And she ate one of the fireworks!!!!
Haha she was definetly the main attraction.
And she even got her tail set on fire by accident!! Haha.. Nothing serious though it didn't hurt her at all. Just kinda spooked her.
Lol and she was the night light for us until we got the fire put out!! Haha But I mean it really depends on the dog you have and how well trained. But don't forget Jenna! Haha.
Well hoped I helped :)) Hope nothing turns out like my dog's experiance...
Well see ya!

if i were you i wouldnt take him THAT close. but if you do really wanna take him i would go a little bit farther away. i dont think that it would hurt his ears but it might startle him with all the noise and all the people and all that! but i guess if he loves them it should be okay! good luck! HAVE FUN!!!

I think that it might hurt his ears. Dogs have extremely sensitive hearing, and being that close to such a loud sound might be harmful to his hearing.

I know you just want to have your dog have fun, but it's just not a good idea. Even if he likes them, you never know. One might be strange and he could run away or something. It's just not a good idea, better safe than sorry.

I'm not sure, well, he might be scared, or it can be loud, even if it's a half a mile away. Well, that's all i can really say, GOOD LUCK!
