I would recommed only feeding those foods that are of marine origin - krill, plankton, mysis shrimp, enriched brine shrimp, and seaweed. Freeze-dried anything is not the best choice, as most of my fish won't touch it. Flakes and pellets are convenient and make the best staple food as long as its something made for the nutritional needs of saltwater species, and if they'll eat it. If you get fish that are captive bred, this is what they'll be accustomed to. If any fish you get are wild-caught (and a few will almost certainly be) they will only eat food thay looks like food they would eat in the wild.
While bloodworms are a favorite of any freshwater fish I've owned, they don't live in saltwater, and I have yet to have a saltwater fish that will eat them regularly - most won't eat them at all.
Greens were a staple of saltwater herbivores in the past, but seaweed is much more widely available now and fits the fish's nutritional needs better. If you don't want to pay the price of dried seaweed in pet stores, look in larger grocery stores or health food stores - there's usually a good selection available that your fish can eat. You can also buy live macroalgae (Caulerpa, Chaetomorpha, Ulva, others) that will grow in the tank so your fish can eat as they like, and the macroalgae provides a breeding area for small shrimp and copepods that your fish can eat.
As previously mentioned, only one tang can be kept in a tank of your size (55 gallon), and at that size, either tang will outgrow your tank.

Fishes is the completely accurate word for your sentence. Multiple species you use fishes, single species fish. Just to clear that part up :)
You can feed your fish those things as a good staple to their diet but I would also suggest you include some frozen foods as well. There are several herbivore mixes on the market that would be good, as well as the occasional feeding of brine shrimp, which all of your fish will benefit from receiving. Fresh greens are important to the tangs and angels as well so get a couple of the veggie clips at the pet store and add green leafy veggies about once a week. Any other than iceberg lettuce will do well and they will enjoy it as well as be healthier for it.

you have tangs together? Normally 2 tangs in the same tank will fight.. a lot. I would watch those.
You could feed them those, and they would live. That is about it. It would be better for them(and funnier for you to watch) if you gave them some other stuff. Like frozen fish foods, or human foods for the tangs like DARK greens
frozen brine that is spirulina enhanced, or blood worms, or lots of other things, go to the store and see what they have.

frozen foods, such as mysis, and enriched brine, ect. can also finely chop up shrimp, scallops, squid for m the grocery store, they also carry nori in the oriental section. there are a few mixes of frozen foods available at a pet store or drfostersmith.com. if you do decide to feed canned food, use pellets.

That should be fine, but if you get New Life Spectrum you won't have to get other foods, but you might want to get different sized pellets.
