could i keep a sea urchin in a ten gallon saltwater tank?
will it hurt my clowfish or my crabs?
also i wanted to get a starfish too, would a starfish get along with all of these in my ten gallon tank?
my clownfish and crabs are doing good so far, my water tested out okay today, so i added some more live rock.
what would i feed the sea urchin if one would be compatible?
what would i feed the starfish if it will live?
could i also add a yellow watchman's goby?

I just got a 6wk old cockatiel the nice man just it is just about to eat completely on its own. I have had him since last night and it is now 4pm and he hasnt eaten i have tried he has evenstarted squaking like he is hungry, we have handled him and he has been fine but the last time he was really nippy and didnt want to be bothered. he is now sleeping, he isnt plucking or really making any noise he whistles ever now and again. tried feeding him 2x's the man i got him from used tube feeding so i am now gonna try so question i kinda know how to tube feed but any suggestions would be great and second how long do you hand feed before he starts eating on his own.
I also did email the nice man and waiting for reply on his suggestions. please no comments on if you didnt know how you shouldnt have gotton i am a animal lover and i will take him back before i let him get sick

I have around 7 baby goldfish (fry or whatever you call them...). They are around 1-2 months old. They have been swimming eating fine but in the last couple of days I have had problems. Three are struggling to swim and you can see air bubbles (they are still slightly transparent)... What do I do? I have this with my normal goldfish, I give them some peas and everything is ok..... Any tips?

It swims in a vertical position, I thought maybe it was sick or ready to kick the bucket, but it has been doing this for months...PH , water temp , clean tank, filtration OK...
Other fish in tank seem fine?

my puppy is 14 weeks old she is great but she bites a lot i no she is young but i don't want her to get into the habbitt of bitting and then when she is older continue to bite. we have chew toys for her but she is more interested in bitting my fingers instead. She has ripped holes in my shirts and i have tried saying no and taking the object away from her but she gets mad and bites me or something else

Okay yesterday my cat was laying down on my bed in the air condition and then suddleny he started shaking,and couldnt walk,vomitting,dizzy,and breathing very rapidly.So I took him to the vet and they said they have never seen something like this...He is better now and the vet said it was heat stroke but how was it heat stroke when the whole house is air conditioned and no weird smells (vet said maybe weird smells?) I was just wondering if anybody else has had this problem? He has never been sick before and he is 4 years old..basically an indoor cat in the summer because he REFUSES to go out in the hot.

I know this is a really weird question but I have so far found two really disgusting things in my house.

First I found a smear on my couch pillow (it's an off-white pillow) that was brown, and smelled really disgusting.

Then yesterday I was sitting in my leather computer chair with the dog on my lap and he started licking something in my lap. I looked down and there was a small puddle of this disgusting brown liquid-gel type stuff with the same really horrible smell.

So what I want to know is - what color is a dog's ejaculate? I can't think of anything else this could be. I did check his belly area and his rear to see if there was any residue and there wasn't at all and he hadn't throw up or anything so I have no idea what this stuff is. It has a really foul smell to it.

He's just at the age where he has started humping things (he was sleeping at the time though...) so I'm wondering if that's what it could be.

Sorry, I know this is really gross.

whats going on, last time i posted asking of the white dots, people told me that it wasnt ich and it was those breeding spots or something, now it seems that it expanded to the front part of the fins of one fish and all this time, one or a few fish seemed to have none of those spots, but there are white spots on some of those goldfishes.

My small (male)dog has been urinating a dark brown urine since this afternoon. I have taken him to the vet, who has performed some tests and is dumb-founded. Tane (the dog) does not show any other symptoms that usually come with brown urine (ie collapsing, yellow eyes, lethargy, vomiting etc..). In fact he is quite normal. There is no blood evident in the urine. He is a very energetic dog and nothing has changed there... The vet has said she believes it may be a liver infection, but does not show any other usual signs of this. She has said if anything changes, to call her straight away. Otherwise, she has no idea.
Has anyone any experience with this?
