There are orange bubbles in my single male Betta tank, also this orange stuff along the wall of the tank above the water.

What is it? Is it something I should be alarmed about?

I just recently changed the water, and added snails, could these be the culprit? I used drinking water.

After close studying, I realize that these are eggs, should I clean them up or allow my Betta to eat them?

Might you have an apple snail? These lay their eggs above the waterline and are often colored.

I thought you were getting ramshorns from previous questions, these usually lay the eggs below the water: http://www.bettatude.com/Misc/marge-delahunty-eggs-2.jpg , but don't know what they'd look like if the water level drops from evaporation. Some of their eggs have a slight tint: http://www.aqualandpetsplus.com/Bug,%20S111.jpg
