Yes you can use no more tears baby shampoo on a guinea pig. You can also use Nizoral, which is an anti-dandruff / anti-fungal shampoo.
However, they should be bathed no more than once a month at an absolute maximum, NEVER get their head wet or you risk getting water into their ears which can cause a severe infection - there are guinea pigs who have a permanent head tilt because of this, and you also need to make sure he is kept warm until he is completely dry and not put back into his cage until he is dry.
Other things that would probably be a better solution as he's not your pig are making sure his cage is cleaned every couple of days - not completely cleaned out necessarily, but any where he goes to the bathroom as well as making sure you remove any veggies that he hasn't eaten before the end of the day. You can also use pet wipes on him that you can get from a petstore, or as cheaper alternative baby wipes which are also safe.

yes you can use baby shampoo remember to keep the stuff well away from the eyes as it is irritant if some does get in wash out immediatly with water, remember guineas hate the batheing experince so be as fast and efficent as possible. leave ur guinea pigs wrapped in a towel to try for maybe half an hour at least so they do not catch a chill etc.

Use a gentle shampoo that is not a flea shampoo that is made for kittens. Use warm water and towel him dry well. Don't get it in his eyes or ears. They have a different PH skin than humans, so human shampoo, even baby shampoo, can be too drying.

You really shouldn't wash him at all unless ABSOLUTLY nessecary!!! You should first try cleaning out his cage, and then if he still smells, you could try wiping him down with a damp cloth.
