is there something wrong with my fish if its face is like really fat it just was like that this morning????

What do you mean when you say the face is fat? Is he flaring his gills: http://members.papadocs.com/pbrown/winnie-flare.jpg - he's may be seeing his reflection and is trying to drive the "other fish" away. This isn't good for them to do for a long period of time, so you'll need to find what he's flaring at (a reflection, another betta in a tank that's too close, something with bright colors near his tank) and remove it, or block his view.
If it's just the area near the eye(s), he may have popeye: http://www.bettatalk.com/images/POP-EYE_drop_shadow.jpg This can be caused by poor water quality or a bacterial infection. You can treat this with a broad-spectrum antibiotic.

Sorry...I've never heard of a fish with a fat face! I've had a betta for over 4 yrs. and, unless he's in fight mode, his face doesn't get fat! Is something antagonizing him? That's usually the only time they flare fins and puff up!

is there a mirror near by?
*Mabie it banged its self.
*It could be ill.
Is your water conditions correct?
Is the tank at least 1 gallon?
how old is it?
*they live 3-4years.

whats about your water chemistry?? Please write complete conditions. Is he only fish in aquarium?? or what fishes you have? what size of your tank?
