My rabbit is light brown with some black around the face. He has short ears and a very short tail with BIG brown eyes. Just wondering if anyone has an idea what kind of rabbit he might be ????

I mean if I already use the "white spot" medicine in the aquarium, can I use other kind of medicine for example "gill parasite" medicine in the same aquarium without changing the water? Or do I have to change the water first to use the medicine.

Because I found out it wasn't a white spot disease or itch on my fish, it was a gill disease, so I need to treat it with gill medicine.

Please help!

how do u all feel when u just want a straight answer from personal experience or actual knowledge and all u get is abuse. im not saying that i was "abused" but this person's answer just got me thinking about how annoying it is... share some stories or opinions?
ps- i am not an angel- i have done this when i feel it is called for- such as a question i answered about a person who had bred two different cross breeds (eg mum a german shep/lab/husky and dad a pitty/staffy/boxer) when the mum had elbow dysplacia and the dad had hip dysplacia...

Salt is evaporated from sea ponds, it is safe enough for humans to eat yet not safe enough for a fish tank. We are advised that marine fish tank salt is frree from any additives , yet so is non idisoed salted and salt free fom caking agents, is this the world's biggest rip off?

i was just wondering how many of u think its fair to give a thumbs down for a personal opinion? i mean, in some cases when the answer is rude or descrimitave or anything like this, but for example, i was given two thumbs down for a question that asked basically if labs were good dogs... my answer was that they are loyal, intelligent and good with children.i get 2 thumbs down for this?? meh... im not offended, but i just think it is a little strange!! anyone got any stories about their experiences with being shunted for their opinions? i mean, this is yahoo answers... ppl ask, ppl answer with their opinion... i will mention that i do give people thumbs downs for their answers if it is deserved. eg: "ur dog is a f***ing mutt. it should be put down" to this, i give a thumbs down....

Thanks to everyone for your comments on last question. She has been to the vets, checked over and been given Frontline to kill the ticks (which are dying and falling out)

The only thing is, ive noticed wherever she has been sitting there are little tiny spots of what looks like blood. What is it? Is it something to do with the ticks dying?

He is almost all white with the exception of a greyish brown mask , with a really bushy tail , almost like a squirrel's tail. He already weighs about 15 pounds and has the sweetest and most affectionate personality. He is just stunning. Does anyone have any ideas how we could get him in commercials??

Hi all!
I have someone who wants to give me a 9 week old male maltese x chi. If anyone owns one or knows anything about the breed they wanna share with me it would be greatly appreciated! also, if anyone has any photos that would be fantastic too! i have been searching for some but cant seem to find many!
Pls, no comments about how these hybrid breeds are mutts. i am well aware of this. i have a maltese x poodle who came to me through the shelter and she is fantastic! also, pls no comments about health issues with these dogs. i do know this. i know there r many shelter dogs out there in need of homes - i work in a shelter. if i dont addopt this pup he will end up in a shelter too.
one more thing. i am not a breeder nor to i have any intention on ever becoming one. my female maltese x poodle is spayed and my maltese x chi will be too when he is old enough. i dont agree with backyard breeding.
Any info anyone has and photos of maltese x chi's would b greatly appreciated! =)

I have a 100gals tank. I had sand before when the snails appeared. Almost killed my fish.I tored the tank apart. Used
new pea gravel instead of sand, cleaned the tank with a solution of clorox and boiled the plants and decorations.
Well the snails are back, salt did not help. It is a nightmare. I have three giant gouramis. Please help.

Ive tried medication from the pet shop, starving them for 5 days and feeding them peas but nothing seems to work. They are kept in a seperate tank from the others and it seems to go away but returns after a couple of days when moved back into the main tank. They are orlandas and black moors.

We have had him for almost 2 years, from a pup, and he is a loyal, well loved and very well behaved. My husband works away quite a lot and he is usually used to him coming and going and he went away again yesterday and the dog got quite agressive with me when I tried to get him to have a bath yesterday (which he usually loves) and again he was aggressive this morning when I tried to put him outside before going to work. He was growling at me and showing his teeth but was also shaking like a leaf, as if he was terrified...
