Niw that my cockatiel is laying eggs....They are constantly fighting...Do I need to remove the Male

he needs to stay with her as he feeds her while she is incubating the eggs and when they hatch he also helps to feed the young.
I usually take the chicks at three weeks old to hand rear them. They are so cudley as pets.

If they're constantly fighting, I would separate them as a last resort. Without the male, the female is left to do everything with the eggs, which is extremely exhausting. They don't need to continue 'mating', but it's better he be there. When she gets up for food, water, etc. he's the one to take over until she returns and I've noticed most males are the main feeders of the chicks.

If she does have to do it alone, I would co-parent and hand-feed some of them if she trusts you enough.
