Thanks to everyone for your comments on last question. She has been to the vets, checked over and been given Frontline to kill the ticks (which are dying and falling out)

The only thing is, ive noticed wherever she has been sitting there are little tiny spots of what looks like blood. What is it? Is it something to do with the ticks dying?

It will be, if the little blood suckers are coming off. they will scab over so don't worry about it.

The Frontline should do the trick. If you are still worried ring or take her back to the vets, to be on safe side.

Because tics cling and dig into the cats skin, the tiny bits of blood you see are where your cat was pierced, its nothing to worry about and the affected area should heal over fine.
