when people think of pitbulls they think of a wild beast, breed banning is wrong.society today want every race to be treated right. saying a dog will attack you, just because it is a pit. is like saying a german will kill you just cause your a jew... the world needs to wake up.. its the breeder not the breed. so screw the lady who put disposeofapitbull web site on here. dispose of you you judgemental p.o.s.

or do they need to have something over their heads. i assume that hogs are not at all like cattle and have to have shelter all around them.

I've had an aquarium for 10 years and never had a bad algae problem until about a month ago. Now, with my fish that eat algae, the algae is getting ahead of me. Is/are there are any product(s) that I can use to help control the algae?

If you own a pit bull, or have owned a pit bull, did it turn on you?? I hear people saying "don't get a pit bull, they turn on their owners!" But i have NEVER met anyone whose pit bull turned on them. I work at a vet clinic and used to volunteer at an animal shelter, i have met a TON of pit bulls, they have all been SWEET dogs, and i plan to adopt a pit bull when i can properly care for a dog. I just want to know if this has actually happend to anyone on here, or if it all really just a bunch of hear say myths.

now that my chickens are starting to lay eggs.. should i do anything different from when they were chicks.. i feed them, water them and let them out to roam my yard for a few hours a day.. plus i give them there favorite left overs.. i took him outside for a usual walk, and then a strange dog began approaching him and circling him a lot, i was yelling out NO! to the other, collarless dog, but he just wouldnt leave , he just kept circling my puppy.
my puppy was moving away from him circling me, but the dog just wouldnt leave him alone, mine was all scared, he couldnt move fast enough so i helped him by tugging the leash a little away from the other dog, but the other dog was fast, and i was so scared so i dragged him a little sometimes by accident, but the dog just wouldnt leave
then i carried mine like a baby and took him away, the other dog left us alone after i carried mine, then we went back home.
the other dog wasnt growling or anything, just circling him, and he kinda looked like my dog's type of breed (wolflike), but mine was so scared of him that i had an "overprotective parent" reaction, my qstn is, how will this experience affect my dog? his relations with humans and dogs and his behavior in general?

My dog was diagnosed with lung cancer and we're very afraid. She is having surgery tomorrow to remove the growth. We'd like to know more about this - how long will she be in pain? Will surgery get rid of the cancer? Does it recur in dogs, like with humans?

Ok, so i bought a beta fish and one of those plants in a vase for it to live in, and the plant started dying when i got home. Granted, it is very cold out today, but it was exposed to the cold for only a minute. The fish seems fine, but does anyone know what i can do to save the plant, if anything??
